Excellent explanation! That's how I teach my meridian students. It is true that there is a lot of material on the internet with this point wrongly located! Just take the test to stimulate at one point or another, here you really feel the entire LI meridian. Thanks for your video!

Both methods of pressure are acceptable. However, the most important thing is what the patient feels!
Sensation with acupressure should be a deep ache when pressing on LI4. Feedback from the patient is important for this to be effective!

idk hand points are pretty easy anyway, you can feel the exact cavity- which is this point, likewise with any other point
