Beef or pork steak Tagalog never had oyster sauce …it’s just soy sauce and kalamansi as marinate and ifry then palambutin sa marinate nya as sarsa nya with round cut onions on the sauce and top garnishing. Lumaki Kami sa beefsteak Tagalog yung authentic. Medyo modern na yan sayo Kuya.
The only mistake you made is you didn't actually fry them. You boiled it in it's own juice cuz you didn't give them enough space and heat to actually fry (browning - Maillard reaction). I'm sure it still tasted good, but you still didn't fry them.
@@scorpionparsons97 I did watch the whole thing... still no. Burning soy sauce is not Maillard reaction. Meat will not brown if it's swimming in moisture. And the whole purpose of frying meat is to brown it. So again... he failed to fry them.
