Once you learn to stop "deathgripping" the mouse you can then look into tension management, viscose has a good video on it but you should definitely look into more than just one video.
I haven't seen viscose's video on tension but I know struth and buckshot have covered it before. Buckshots doc explains how to apply tension really well
Funnily enough this video helps, but I have an unsual large hands that the only way for me to grip a mouse is to "death grip", as finger tip never has felt remotely good to me, now I'm feeling my finger joints hurting, sad to have these problems (20.5 x 10 cm hand)
I definitely think thats shouldn't be normal tbh. I know a guy who has 21 x 12 hands and he can claw a htx just fine. There could be different factors like sweat or even simply overestimating the force needed that can contribute to death gripping. If the grip is causing you actual pain, something needs to be changed. Take care of yourself!!
I play r6 when in drone phase my wrist and arm fully touch the mousepad when in action mode game starts my wrist hover i cant put my wrist in contact with mousepad does this hapeen because death grip i play fingertip ?
When you say that your wrist can't make contact with the pad, is it because your arm lifts up unconsciously or are you physically unable to? Death gripping can cause that but its mainly the increased tension of the muscles in your hand and forearm that are responsible for your mouse control and it'll make movements especially small adjustments a lot stiffer. If you're unconsciously lifting your arm up so your wrist ends up hovering, a common problem I had was that I would shrug when something is intense. You can test it out when you notice the issue happening by feeling your trap and seeing if its engaged. The shoulder and the arm should be in a neutral position most of the time!
Do you know twistzz pro csgo player ? My hand just like him only diffrence i put my fingers in middle of mouse twistzz put it in front of mouse my aim is good but it is not good for tracking i want to change it
@@i_Vex169 Achieved also uses the same grip in r6! The biggest strength of having your wrist and forearm on the pad is stability. Smoothness is an essential part of tracking so you're probably not smooth enough on the twistzz grip. If you want to change your grip, your elbows should be flush with your table. Having your elbow below your table puts your arm naturally in the twistzz hover so that could be worth checking. If you don't want to change your grip, then you can put more focus into smoothing out your aim instead and you'll be able to track better without physically changing anything
@@i_Vex169 This sounds more like you're clicking too hard as opposed to tension gripping. You should focus on using less and less force when clicking and being conscious about it for a period of time will help your brain solidify this new habit instead
