You know, it’s funny, because I have been doing my research on not only the evolution of drawing through out the history of anime from the late 21st century to the present era, but also the interesting costume designs from tokusatsu that influenced me. It has helped people like me learn how to be original in my own vision, which is not that easy.
The video concept, the script and your voice-over are really good! I think you need to work on your audio mixing a bit though. Most of the time your voice seemed to be too loud while the background music was barely noticeable. But still, I really liked your video and can't wait to see how you improve over time 😃

Great video! I was honestly surprised when I saw how mant subs you have, this is some quality stuff. I think most people take good character designs for granted, the good ones just stick which I think makes people forget how much actually goes into a good design. Right now I'm currently getting back into the seven deadly sins fandom at least I have been getting back into it over the past year mainly for one character and that's King Arthur and that's it But when I'm reading through the series and looking at the current character designs I don't exactly like the character designs they're bland boring are the designs are just awful specially for the female characters at least when I was watching animes like Naruto and even animes like fairy tail the female characters at least had good designs when it came to what they were even at other animes that don't even focus on fashion tries to style their characters in unique and stylish ways that make you want to cosplay them but as I read through the seven deadly sins and its sequel 4 nights of the Apocalypse I just feel so disgusted and uninspired when it comes to the outfits and character designs And then I go look at my favorite anime I even look at Western media like for example a show called RWBY the creator of the show passed away but one of the things he really wanted to incorporate when it came to the characters of his show he wanted them to have fashion function and be something that people will want to cosplay and even to this day even though the show isn't that well known as it used to be and it's been struggling on and off for the past few years and just got re picked up to be greenlit for its 10th season The characters are still kind of so iconic that you recognize them from afar especially with their outfits from the first three seasons which were the most beloved and popular and if you ask somebody about them that's the ones they would mainly talk about even though now after the years even though the storytelling writing and character design has somewhat going down the characters are still recognizable and iconic when it comes to their outfits and design that makes you still want to cosplay them but as of lately when I look at certain shonen and shojo manga the office feel uninspired or just bland I mean Pinterest is right there and I get that creators want to make easy outfits that they can draw on a weekly basis if that's what they're doing or bi-weekly or whatever that they can draw without problem that don't have a lot of detail but they could still make outfits that look presentable and nice without them being downgrades are boring An example again is what I was talking about earlier the seven deadly sins / 4 nights of the Apocalypse the creator of the series is really good at drawing armor even armor that doesn't have a lot of detail it makes the characters look great and stand out and unique ways but when he puts them in their civilian or regular outfits they just look so plain and boring you almost mistake them for background characters while reading through the manga recently again I saw background characters with better designs which is so crazy to me And it's kind of something I miss with older animes as of recently I've been watching some older animes alongside a few new ones and I seen that a lot of the newer animes that are kind of loosely inspired off of earlier animes from the 90s to early 2000s have been incorporating good fashion into their books And on top of it the seven deadly sins is a fantasy series the fashion in the fantasy series should be iconic if you think about it but sadly when I'm reading the seven deadly sins it always falls shorts or it just looks awful like I said I've even been seeing people do redesigns I've been doing redesigns of the characters outfits myself I really miss the fashion and style we used to really get with characters and manga I have been seeing a few new mangas that have been coming out as of lately that have been incorporating fashion in their own unique sense or style and that is thankfully due to the people who work on them being apprentices to other people who Incorporated fashion and style into how they did the manga For example of the creator of soul eater one of his apprentices or his apprentices is currently doing a manga I can't really remember how to spell its name but it's getting an anime adaptation next year and you can tell that he worked with the creator of soul leader and is also incorporating his own style and flare into the characters he's designed and it looks amazing But as of lately like I said sometimes it's really hit or miss you'll get good characters designs and then you'll get character designs that just make you not want to even read the Manga at certain points there have been mangas I've dropped because it's just so awful looking at the characters if the design isn't good people aren't going to want to follow it I really do wish we could get a lot of the fashion we used to have back in the day back like I said Pinterest is right there I know it works over there in Japan I've seen people use it not to mention there are like fashion magazines over there that have a lot of crazy unique interesting fashion styles that I've seen on Instagram and other places as well even on TH-cam when they do like Street interviews for people in there having different unique fashions and some of them are even simple but they still look unique like I said I'm glad that you are mangoes are incorporating fashion back into the story again even if it's just subtle things that foreshadow and hint at what characters will be going through and how we're going to relate to them
