Hiya. I have planned our family menu for the next few weeks and I’ve added a load of your recipes to try out, particularly your fish curry! I have literally been binge watching your channel!
I have a few questions if that’s ok:
When you refer to your gas hob setting number, are you able to show what that number looks like on your hob please so i can see what it looks like as my hob doesn’t have numbers on.
Also do you or your beautiful mum have a good biryani recipe to share?
And finally - where is your oil pourer from? Xx

Hi Nisha!! Thank you for exploring my Channel! I hope you're enjoying all my recipes! It's a great idea to have a meal plan, and I'm so honoured you've added my recipes as part of that!!😊
So, when I refer to numbers on the gas hob, I also say medium-high, medium or medium-low. You can experiment with this but I'll try to include showing the flame in my next video when I record it.
I have a lovely biriyani recipe and I will share it. I'm not sure of you are vegetarian or eat chicken. Let me know.
My oil pourer is from Italy. We went to Tuscany and found an old lady that made hand-made pottery. That's where I bought it. It's one of a kind!
I hope I answered all your questions!

Awesome! My kids tell me I should write a recipe book...I'm not convinced as I have all my recipes written on my website (Milhaan.com) for all to share and see at their convenience.

My favourite is also Gujarati home cooking though i love all sorts of food dishes from other cuisines, I don’t know what I haven’t cook so far, when I think of it, I’ve cooked everything. My children grew up eating Gujarati food mostly until last few years but ever since I started watching you tube cooking channels, learning and making all different kinds of things, they now prefer those, instead of our Gujarati food.😀🤷🏻‍♀️

That's great!! Yes, I grew up eating Gujarati food too! My boys love all types of food so I am lucky too! I miss Gujarati food after a few days of not having it, so it's a regular on my menu! And, thankfully, even on holiday, I get to cook for my hosts, so they get to try it too!
