Budget at HK? 2 tap waters and split the house bread and take all the other diner's leftovers in doggie bags foil shaped like swans. Then proceed to get hot dog combos at the nearest Costco or Sam's Club. Sam's club hotdog combo is .12 cents cheaper than Costco lol. This is the correct answer. Happy Labor Day weekend!
Left overs from GR/ HK??🤔 I doubt it! The serving sizes wouldnt even feed a hummingbird, and the prices are straight up highway robbery! It doesnt "break the bank", it ROBBED IT! 😂
Hello Bill and Lisa. It is so always nice to see Leslie. All the dinners looked delicious. I believe it is worth the money too. I'm so glad you guys had a nice experience. Take care as always.
Spending $209 for two people's lunch isn't exactly "budget-friendly". In fact, that wouldn't be budget-friendly for two people's dinner either. In fact, that wouldn't be budget-friendly for four peoples' dinner. How is a $29.95 Caesar salad without add-ons "budget-friendly"? How is a slice of chocolate cake for $15.95 "budget-friendly"?
Frozen meal for 3 at $15 & instead of being served in Vegas you can sit in your living room with a tray. Is that your idea of budget? Sorry to correct you but budget does not mean you have nothing to eat & need charity. It means to budget, to control your spending. Lower cost is not no cost or only a cost people with no income could pay. Adjust your view. Its a good video.
Hi Liz! Thanks for watching. We were showcasing the least costing items on the menu for those that may be interested in what those items look like, and what the experience would be like.
I like this different, budget friendly challenge. Although didn't seem too cheap! Other challenges could be really fun too. Like server chooses for you/random passersby choose where you eat etc. Great fun 😊
Another fun video, y'all always put a smile on my face! Nice to see your sister, y'all do resemble one another (and your daughter) quite a bit! Same cheerful smile! Thanks for sharing your experience! Happy and safe travels!🍽️🕊️🙏❤️🕯️
That’s not a budget friendly meal. Maybe it should have said: Ordering Something We Don’t Order All the Time. Don’t get me wrong I order what Bill orders from restaurants, the Beef/steak. Wouldn’t call this a budget meal when just your mains are basically $49 each!
Yes, both of these restaurants are indeed pricey. By ordering the lower priced items, that’s as budget friendly as one can get. lol The bill could’ve easily doubled, so ‘budget friendly’ is a matter of perspective. Appreciate your comment and thanks for watching. 😃
The red side dish is red pepper polenta, not squash (see menu). Succotash is the corn medly Bill spoke of, a popular side dish in the American south (like New Orleans).
Love your videos!! I enjoyed this lots and I understood the concept!! For everyone wanting to see lower budget eats in Vegas they have lots of other videos on places way cheaper there. Yes these restaurants are pricey regardless of what you get but they are showing lower prices for Ramsey restaurants.
Hallooo Lisa and Bill. Watch all of your videos. Thank you for your valuable content. Appreciate your hard work. Always enjoy your videos and seeing your family! Cheers!,
Last time we went to Las Vegas, we tried 3 different chef restaurants and other than overpriced the food was ok but nothing worth the money. Mom and Pop diners have better food and a lot cheaper.
Another great video!!!! Was in vegas last week so I'm catching up on your videos😂 never been to this place and everything looked good❤ thanks for such a great foodie adventure ❤❤❤ virtual hugs to you too😊😊
“This is vegetarian and gluten free so everyone can enjoy this … except if you have a nut allergy”. Bill’s reviews - even of desserts - are always so precise and accurate.
So FUNNY. Watching Bill describe his CHEAP CHICKEN while Leslie describes a wonderfully prepared STEAK and glorious sticky toffee pudding. WONDERFUL to see Leslie as queen for the day!
Thanks for showing Ramsey’s Kitchen. We will have to give it a try next trip. We have also enjoyed Hell’s Kitchen. It is a must visit when in Vegas. The Gordon Ramsey Grill in Caesar’s was also excellent. Had some of the best seared scallops over the succotash. Delish!
I am pleased to see that GORDON RANSEY restaurants holds up to the hype. Everything looked great! Loved seeing Lesley! Thanks so much and Happy Labor Day!❤
Seriously. I like them well enough, but only people who can regularly take "day trips" to Hawaii/New Orleans/Seattle (not to mention the weekend flights to London and Paris) will think this kind of stuff is budget friendly. And before I get the replies justifying it, I know he works for an airline but these trips are still expensive.
Great to see Lesley again. She looks great. More comfortable on camera. I love the prix fixe menu at Hells Kitchen. Can't get enough of the Beef Wellington. Not just for the food but it is a great price for their 3 course meal. However, I may have to budget to go more than once in one trip to try other options as they do look good. I'm not giving up the Beef Wellington. LOL. Note, at Gordon Ramsay's Kitchen the corn medley was the succotash (corn and beans, can have other veggies like okra, etc). According to the menu the chicken came with polenta. I think that was polenta. Looked more like carrot or sweet potato.
Hi Yvonne! We definitely would’ve ordered the Wellington. But, was curious how the lower priced menu options would be. All surprisingly good. Have a great Labor Day weekend!
yummy! GR is my fav chef and I love all his restaurants! I think it is definitely worth it and like that you tried different things. I usually go for the beef wellington or filet. Next time I am getting the salmon for sure!
I think you have lost touch your dreams. Regular people do not go to Vegas & eat in fine dining restaurants, people who save or have money do. If your dreams extend no further than the frozen food section of a shop then no this video is not your budget friendly.
Great vlog! i know you were probably beat up a bit in the comments over the succotash, but I actually looked it up because you made me think and I wasnt absolutely sure lol..
We discovered your channel a few days ago and cannot stop watching all your previous videos. Quick question, Lisa love your outfits especially your tops. Are they bespoke, made especially for you? The designs seem to be similar. Or do you buy them somewhere. Please let me know! Thank you!
Bill and lisa let me start off by saying i am so sorry u are getting alot of negative comments the true fans love your videos regardless where u go eat , if people cant afford gordon ramsey thats there issue u guys keep showing your true viewers like me 😁🤗 great content see u guys on the next video cant wait 💯💪🙏🙏 and lesie always a pleasure seeing u on the videos too the whole family ❤️❤️
Hi Vanessa! We appreciate your comment, thank you. We think a few misunderstood the idea of the video. Just wanted to show by ordering the lower cost items on the menu if you can still get the 'Gordon Ramsay' dining experience and save money compared to ordering the more expensive items. It's all good though. =)
Hi guys, that salmon looked so good the skin sounded awesome 😍 I’ve never eaten at a Gordon Ramsey restaurant, but I’m thinking it’s going to be very expensive
I first had sticky toffee pudding 15 years ago in Cumbria, England - I think Gordon Ramsey has co-opted it a tad. I mean any chef can put it on their menu, but its not a Ramsey creation.
The tomato soup is very tomato-y. The cheese is very cheese-y. The beef is very beef-y. The chicken is very chicken-y. The pea puree is very pea-y. The corn is very corn-y. The butter is very butter-y. Top 5 food critics of all time.
It's nice to see the other things on Gordon Ramsay's menu! That's a fun concept for a video! On a different note, do you like your DJI mics? I'm looking into getting new ones but I'm not sure I want to pay so much for the Rode ones.
Thanks Ashley! We always wondered about the other items on the menu, we always seem to get the Wellington. lol Loving the new DJI 2 mics with the noise cancelling feature. Another reason why we chose the DJI over the Rode is the receiver plugs directly into the iPhone.
sweet potato not a sweet potato, succotash not a squash, corn melody not a corn melody, wafer not a wafer. Bill's having a great, not a great review day 🤣
Looks great/😋. My late husband and i went with my son and daughter in law to Elways in Denver and quite frankly it was a lot of snoot rooty doo for passable overpriced food. I had the Salmon and he had the ribeye and meh. I'd must rather go to the Filipino buffet in Vegas and gorge on Pancit, Lumpia and crab legs 😋😋😋
Been to HK, was OK, but I don't think we'd go again. I had the chicken and did not like it. Hubby had the BW. He enjoyed that. I did love the scallops and lobster risotto. They also remodeled a little since we were there. Might try his Kitchen. But thanx for sharing with us. It's nice to see what other people like and don't like too. Have fun. Safe travels.
This was interesting. I think Safiya Nygaard did a video about eating at all of Gordon Ramsey's restaurants in Vegas. Check it out if you have a minute. Thanks again for sharing your adventures in Vegas. ❤❤❤
Some wonderful looking price friendly dishes there that I would love to try. I always found Hell’s Kitchen LOUD, but it didn’t seem too bad at your lunch. Thanks Bill, Lisa and Leslie for sharing both of these places for friendly priced options. Have a great weekend!❤
Bill and Lisa are living it up. A giant step up from Fair Food. But looking at the prices I'll give it a miss. Like all Ramsey,s restaurants way overpriced. 😊
🤣Come on people! It's obviously _Strip Budget_ they're talking about! You wouldn't go anywhere near the strip for real Budget, but this is enjoying a strip experience on a Vegas Budget!
Leslie chose the Prix-Fixe which is designed to be the budget minded choices. What would have been more interesting if you bought the same full price item versus pre-fixed.
Roast or grill🐙😋. Funny to stay on budget...don't know if they still exist..... entertainment coupon books. Looking online there's the Las Vegas Advisor??
We appreciate everyone's comments and feedback and have reworded the title and description to better describe the contents of this video.
Succotash is corn, lima beans and tomatoes. Native American.
Being from new england we used kidney beans or great northern but same idea
in our house, red peppers, not tomato
@@debk5427 my grandmother’s recipe which is Amish has no tomato and milk and butter are added 👱♀️🫶
The crisp salmon skins also north American Indian style.

You spent almost $100 each could never afford that. We are seniors on limited funds. Deferred not budget friendly. But enjoyed watching

So glad the nice comments are more than the negative ones. Even though, this is high end its an option if you chose to dine at this restaurant chain.
Thanks Jenn! We're glad we tried other options and see how it was.
I ❤a crunchy salmon skin. My late pops used to bbq salmon on the grill, and I always loved it❤ that looks delicious
If you call that cheap at Gordon Ramsey, then you are out of touch with the average person.
I know it seems like that more than half the time it is...😂😂 I think I need a channel too..
True!! This is still way too expensive for the average person!
Nothing like a eating adventure in LV!🤙🏽🌞😎🔥
very nice video is there anything lisa doesnt like
Organs don't agree with her. lol
The dessert 🏜 wafer is meringue. The bills look great because I love strawberries. Only I don't like meringue so I'd leave that😂
Wow ! Great presentation ! Delicious Eats ! A must Sticky Toffee Pudding ! Yummy Goodness !
That sticky toffee pudding is a must! So good!

Suckatash is the corn medley. Orange stuff probably squash.
