you mentioned Polar for HRV but the link goes to their HR chest strap which does not do HRV. They have a watch like product called Recharge. Is this what you are referring to? I’m not confident my Oura is accurate.
As for not being employable, it really makes no sense to me. This is a vital healthy intelligent woman with life experience. On the other hand, the government wants you working until at least 67 and many ( due to the increased cost of living) need to work beyond that. Youth is a great blessing but so is maturity. ❤❤

I wish you would post your blood work ie glucose fasting, TSH, lipid panel; also resting heart rate, blood pressure, VO2 max etc

Im most curious about how peoples' daily routines affect their health ie bloodwork. Many TH-camrs share this info much like my running group and the people in my office, family members etc. And I didnt wish for your bloodwork ,so it is your business how?
Wow, that’s a lot to demand. Isn’t it enough that she spends time making good content that you can watch for free? You expect her to share her personal medical history too? Just because someone else you follow has shared this information doesn’t mean we have a right to expect it from everyone. Plus how do you know she’s even had such tests done? Boy, if we could all have the life JJ has, I bet we would all be fit like her. Not really my reality.
If we can't afford the gym, we can work out at home. Body weight will work in the beginning and channels like Fitnessblender have many workout videos that are free. People sell used gym equipment all the time. Anyone can focus on protein and low carb veggies like she says. You can search the internet for other collagen and supplement options if those are not within your budget. We may not be living the life of Riley, but we can find ways to make do. 😊
It’s about choices and hard work. My grandma always said. “If you want to, you will”. These results are not exclusive to JJ.
Lame excuses get us nowhere. If you really want it, you will do what is required.
