Sir meine 1.5 saal ke baad exercise/jogging karna start kari thi.. jogging or shuruat mein itni jyada overexercise kar li mere ghutne ab mujhe khade dene nhi ho rhe hai.. Or yeh dard pichle 7 days se barabar mein kya karu..😢
Mera right bump(tibia tuberosity) me running or walk karte wakat dard masus nahi hota but jab me modta huin toh pressure k karan ushme dard masus hota hai. Me football khelta huin
