    The pushup they are doing is called the Hindu Pushup as it originated in India. Shaolin monks learnt it from the Indian Buddhists monks who spread Buddhism across China. A lot of Shaolin forms are derived from Kalaripayatt.

      Your energy does not come from nothing, you have to cultivate it and nourish it through methods. Do one hour workout and you will have much more energy to do helpful things , help others by doing or just by being nice, polite and non-judgemental.
