I consider you as one of the most insightful people in the social domain of the anxiety-focused mental health field. I'm glad that after you've recovered you've decided to stick with the community to educate in the best way possible: Thank you!

There were times in the cycle I felt so depressed. It passes. It will then come back. But will pass again. As time goes on and recovery continues the instances of when it happens will be less frequent and not last as long.

I can sympathize with that clame. I used to feel very sad for a few days then better during one day. Now it is more spontaneous and usually only lasts for an hour or so every now or then, then going away. It’s all about understanding why and letting it flow through you. :)

Thanks, yeah I am finally getting over the physical symptoms and panic attacks but I feel super down randomly throughout the day. It doesn’t last all day but out of no where I will just get crazy sad. Glad to know this is something that’s apparently normal.

Very good insight - this is one of the strangest parts of anxiety and what makes it hard to get beyond. The lack of joy the sadness and loss of interest in the things you love.

@@zolisalamon I am better.. not fully recovered, but quite better.. Like the commemt above says, it's a marathon, not a sprint. It takes times to recover. Meanwhile we have to live life the best we can, and not make recovery our full time job, because healing happens in its own time, and the less we try to get better soon, the quicker healing happens. Things have gotten better for me very slowly, with so many ups and downs, it has been frustrating at times. But I know that fruatrarion/despair itself is a symptom of anxiety. It's the same old need to fix under a different guise. I am positive I am on the right path and am willing to give myself as much time as I need to recover. Hoping recovery for all

Why is it when I try to conquer anxiety that I get really bad anxiety and a huge increase in panic attacks? I spent all weekend watching your videos and feeling confident and great. Monday I felt amazing leaving my house there were no problems. I started having some anxiety I let it be I felt it and moved on I felt great… suddenly I had a huge increase of anxiety and felt symptoms I usually don’t feel around my mom the one person in the world I can go to stop all anxiety cuz she makes me feel so safe. I was like wth is this I never get anxiety around my mom. I ended up having 3 panic attacks that left me trembling for hours. I feel like crying. Is this normal? Does anyone else get this? It’s like my body goes oh you want this to stop? Well take on allllllllll of this and see if you can stop it!!
