Picked up this game on sale a couple months back cause I felt like playing my first racing game in nearly a decade. I've had so much fun with it that I got every achievement and I'm still playing it. Just tinkering with the cars and casually racing is really fun! And thanks Trigger, you've definitely helped give this game more longevity for me personally.
Same Bro I picked up the same reason last time I’ve been playing a arcade racer was in my childhood and I had so much fun with this title unlocked that platinum trophy and still playing it
same i just moved to pc from xbox one s n i really dont want to spend another $60 on the game, so im gonna wait for it to go on sale. if it had a longer storyline i would consider re buying it at full price
I think when players say "Heat is dead" they are talking about EA canceling the support for NFSH after months of launch. Not the playerbase. Heat was the best NFS of last 10 years, but what EA do was a punching in the face of the community
@@BRUNHILDofficial so they punish the players who give them money and support with no updates? Come on, that logic is flawed. Even EA wouldn't be that stupid. Or fuck, maybe they would.
I struggled with the cops earlier in the game, once my cars were 300+ i genuinely had no issue. I'd say I'm a pretty average player, so I think this is an issue with leveling
It’s actually pretty easy to level up, you just have to cheese the cops when you’re at the train ramp, I got to level 7-20 in just three hours on a new account
I hadn't played a NFS game in years and just got a new Xbox and decided to grab Game Pass, NFS Heat caught my eye and I am loving it. Took a while to get used to the drifting mechanics, but I find it really satisfying now. Customization is almost overwhelming, in a good way. Also the soundtrack is right up my alley, I understand others probably don't like it, but it works for me. The cops were messing me up until I watched a couple of your videos, your content is still appreciated in 2023.
Thank you Militia. This was much needed, especially coming from you. One thing I can’t stand are the “Captain Obvious” crew, who whine about HEAT’s arcade physics. Duh! It’s an arcade game for the casual player, not SIM racing.
I wish handling/physics were better and more enjoyable, like in older NFS games like Most Wanted, Carbon and some others. And sense of speed is... lacking. It feels slow. Is it only 30 fps on Xbox One version? Feels kinda slow.
I only drift in this game and I've never been busted by the cops. The cops in this game cannot turn, so when in a chase and your car is slow you should turn alot
Wow. Never? I only at level 22 and I only have level 230 car and cops bust me all the time, they feel much more difficult than in previous NFS games, maeby because they can ram into you and wreck your vehicle before you can even realize that. I had to watch some videos how to easily avoid cops and I feel watchin videos is kinda cheating... I wish cops couldn't damage your car like it was in older NFS games.
A Game is never dead if people are playing and enjoying it. People might say it's dead if they are content creators and are pushed to jump on the next train, but as a casual player i am looking forward to starting a new game and have fun with a different set of cars and go through different experiences. For me, Head is as alive as Underground 2 as i can and have always jumped back to these games for racing and enjoyment - new is not always better, if the old stuff are more fun. Great video, i support you in your comments, it feels like most of them are made of players who just want to sound different and more interesting and they should learn that different ain't always better.
I preordered the game and been playing it since. I kinda stopped playing it for like 2-3 months. But then i realised how good the customisation was. So now im playing it like daily.
Same, I completely abandoned Heat for like 5-6 months because I found it boring. But then I realized I was just terrible at the game, I upgraded my cars and it is now one of my favorite games lol
Completely agree with everything in this video. I typically play more realistic race games but his is just plain fun. I started playing a couple weeks ago after seeing my son play for months and was still enjoying it, and that says a lot given that he’s 10. We are both 50 and recently all Ultimate + so now we just do whatever, buy whatever, upgrade it and have more fun together!
Awesome, informative video! Thank you for the League shoutout 😀. I look forward to seeing your fans take part in our Heat season. I agree with everything you stated in the video. The lobbies are always full and we've had success recently in having 8-12 players, accepting races. Great explanation about the RSR. It truly is the King on Heat.
Got the game back in March, I believe, and even though I finished the story mode, I still have loads of fun playing the game, and especially when I lay while watching your streams. Your help and tips have been immensely appreciated, and I 100% agree with your opinion in this video. Keep up the fantastic work, friend 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
try playing pranks on them on daytime you will notice how stupid they are by just driving circle around them on heat 3 and 4 and try to outrun them on jumps on heat 5 I suggest go on many container with a ships, it has a lot of jumps and a single gas station nearby
I picked up the game 2 days ago and im level 45 already. This game is my most favourite becuase of all the customization. I also love it that it has all my favourite rides. My VW golf gti7 is at 365 and my dodge at 340
How you have gotten level 45 already?!? I have played this game 20-24 hours in total and I'm only at level 22... Cops are friggin big problem for me at the moment, can't seem to shake or destroy even a single cop... 😖
Picked the game on previous sale from steam, 2 months back. Played 100+ hours, completed the game 100%, got every achievement, on last Wednesday. And unlocked Pista, but its not as good as RSR. And thanks Trigger for sharing the build videos. Its definitely helped me and saved lots of money building the car with the right engine. One thing I hate about this game is that, while doing pvp races, some drivers often ram into my car while I do clean overtake. I think, it would have been better if this game would have ghost mode while doing online races(just like TheCrew2). Apart from this, the game is awesome. So far the best NFS after MW and TheRun.
This video is very accurate 👍 I hate the RSR, all my best time on any track are all done by RSR. Been trying hard to beat the records with other cars ):
Still not dead! Man I've engorged myself on your content since I downloaded the game on 9/11. The crew that it drafted me into and I took leadership of is already lvl 49 in just 22 days and I attribute it to your tips and hard work allowing me to fine tune my driving experience.
I agree the cops in this game are very easy to avoid I can easily escape heat 5 in a lvl 250 car you just gotta know where the weaknesses are, but if you really want a challenge with the cops and you're on pc try the UNITE mod, it changes so many things in the game. It adds the BlackBox style Nos for example, and now you can't lose the cops by simply getting out of their line of sight. There are way more roadblocks and spikes and rhinos. Its simply a must have. Sorry for the long comment guys🙏🏻
YES! I have unite and it makes the game so much better. 3.0 made drifting not retarded and you can run from cops even with a drift car. Get simcade physics, make everything "race/track" except suspension and you can slide with grace and still be pretty fast. I love it!
Performance Lv 250 cars can do Heat 5 easily BUT get caught lacking on the uphill roads predominately in the northern areas of map and your night is over
@@xXturtlezXx this guy has a guide on escaping cops. It highlights almost all the cop weaknesses. And I add one more for you. Jumps. For some reason cops in this game won't survive jumps over waters
The last point you gave is the most annoying, some individuals are so self centered thinking the gaming industry revolves around them and that the features that games offer cater specifically to them, and if they get burned out then they declare said game to be dead as if their presence in the game is what gives it life.
Love what you said about the RSR! I rarely use it PvP because I get more satisfaction beating players with a Huracan, Pagani, F1, Lotus, etc. What I love EVEN MORE is beating a cocky RSR driver who can't corner to save his grandma. I only use my RSR to take down trolls and show them how to properly drive them.
@@totally_not_tryened1596 lmao nice job deleting my comment, but "the chips" is nothing but a bum, your life is just the punch line to a bad joke. Get bent
Just started this month. Only got back into gaming last year with the new Xbox. My last console before that was a PS2 20 years away from Gaming yes lots to catch up with.
I've completed the stories like 4 times, and I gotta say that I think I enjoyed the story of payback better, had a longer story with more than like 5 races for each of the stories and that's it, I also wish drag races came back in heat as I enjoyed the challenge of it, couldn't just run through barriers and just hit the points on the way. I also feel the map was better than heat, had way more variety of landscapes imo, I will say that the customization was worse that heat, but I don't think it was too off from heat, I mean I don't need 20 different fenders for my 180sx. If payback had the parts system from heat and the customization from heat, it would beat it imo. EDIT: I also thought the 2 year for heat wasn't worth it, not much graphic improvement, but the fact you can turn one car into any kind of car in heat is way better, but I feel like payback forced you to have different cars to keep from thr player from say picking up the Evo and cheesing the game to the end, also the super builds was really cool, my favorite was the mid engine 65 mustang, just really cool things like that should have returned, like a hood that puts the hotrod butterfly intake on the camaro should really have been added especially since it's literally rendered in game already, no excuse on that.
I absolutely love this game. 400+ makes the game easy against AI but opens up a massive challenge for online play. Trying to clear the map is insanely fun too!
Hello. New player here. Haven't played a racing game since DT racer on PS2. Recently got need for speed heat when it went on sale on PSN. I cannot express how much I am enjoying it. I can't get enough.
I just helped a new player the other day. I see new players all the time. Just beat it for the 5th time and in the process of completing all the challenges. This game is a lot of fun.
The cops used to be hard. They nerfed em in an update. The chopper used to chase and stay like near on the roof and would search for you when you're escaping. But people kept saying it was too hard
>"The RSR is easy to drive" Then, try to make a 6:55 or less time on Discovery (the looooooong night sprint). Try to do everything perfect in that race is a complete mindfuck, and is even worse *when you play on keyboard* , i barely can do 6:55 and my record is already 6:47.
The rsr is the fastest car in general but most importantly it's the best car on a track. Now here's where people need to pay attention, it's not the fastest car for Top Speed but everything about the rsr still makes it the best car anyways..I can name a list of cars that have a better top speed than the rsr but all of those cars either don't have the acceleration or the handling to keep up with top cars and the rsr
@@MilitiaGamingCommunity that's true but I'm also saying in general it's not the fastest car in top speed. Like on the track columbia the rsr's top speed in the long straights is 234 but many cars do 235-237, unless you use a lot of nitrous..not saying it struggles to win but that's what I meant
I got to heat 5 by accident on lvl 11 using the 180sx build I went to the race track next to the main garage and escaped with 1 hp I got boosted all the way up to lvl 18. Yes this is my 2nd playing I just got online privileges now. Thx Militia for all the tips you gave me I bet I would have just lost all my rep on heat 3 If I haven't been watching you content.
I love heat for its tuning. I love racing games with some slide to it, easy enough to drift, but takes skill to continue to the drift and control it so you don't lose too much speed. I also like the fact that you can easily make enough money to have a car for almost every type of even and driving style. The only thing I do not like is that as soon as you get a fast enough car, the events kind a get stupid easy and the cops are so easy to evade driving in a straight line. The game needs cooler events and more imaginative races
This is one of my fave games. I finished everything on the PS4 and when I downloaded it again for my PS5 I saw I had to start over which is fine just cause the game is replayable and fun in my opinion! Hopefully NFS 2022 can be as good if not better.
I think the best way to make the cops harder in this game is the higher the heat level the more highly spec'd cars they use. So instead of making the C7 the flagship, use better cars for heat level 4-5
I KNEW IT, Trigger's right; this game was never boring to begin with. I play Need for Speed Heat every day (Even though I don't have OTHER black market car: McLaren F1 along with ALL NEW OTHER races I didn't unlock) & STILL have fun playing it. Not to mention, earning cash & building cars is the best, especially once finished & driving them around the ENTIRE map online.
Something about the first point: The Rep gain in this game is exponential because the cops don't scale. At the start, you cant gain too much rep or else you'll have too high of a heat level, if you cant gain much rep, you wont unlock many parts. Once you DO unlock parts, you'll be able to gain more rep and therefore gain more parts, just so you can gain even MORE rep and MORE parts the next time, so on and so forth. Its not a beginner friendly system and I hope they address it in future installments.
I got NFS Heat 2 days ago for my birthday! And honestly im in love with this game! Im playing it every day and I got the 140K BANK Porsche upgraded as much as i can! It has score 300. It is so good!
Imagine the look on my face when I stumbled into NFS heat and used to play underground 2 as a kid! FINALLY! The sweet feeling og nostalgia was running through my vains as I was downloading a long waited game
Yes, the RSR is absolutely easy to drive compared to other cars. One of my favorite cars is the Huayra and I had pretty decent times on many tracks with it, my only enemy was the RSR and guess who got better by almost 10 sec on the first try on his favorite tracks after trying the RSR. I just hate this car, it's often so overtuned and people driving it are most often douchebags that spam messages the entire race because they are "so good", but lose when I switch to that totally easy to drive car. I barely use it, just to beat these cocky RSR drivers, because not my driving isn't good enough, but my favorite cars just aren't as good as this bullshit. So don't tell me it's not easy to drive. Even the simplest things are hard to compete at elite levels, like rolling an orange for a mile with your nose and beating the old record by 3 minutes.
And plz dont have anything against me. I am the RSR user and win races but im not toxic player that spams that im good or theyre bad...i mostly say that they were behind me but wasnt bad either and congratulate em sometimes have fun in free roam with players.
Honestly I'm enjoying Heat in Project Unite mod, but just with better visual elements. Still keeping everything else about game's mechanic in vanilla. That seems to mean I'm quite satisfied with Heat's default gaming features. It real does especially at night :)
Who in the right mind would think that Payback is better than Heat? Payback has: 1. The worst voice acting I've ever heard in a video game (The only good VA was that millionaire guy) 2. Cop chases are just scripted events. 3. Having to grind for visual customization FOR EACH CAR. 4. A performance upgrade system that's literally a roulette, designed to annoy people into buying free rolls with real money. 5. A handling model where drifting is the only viable way to race fast (Drifting is till fast in Heat, but it isn't always the fastest) The only thing payback did well are the Offroad races. It's the closest thing to next gen Motorstorm we could ever get. Also I would like to comment dev team for the cop AI. They follow the logic of line-of-sight pretty well. You could easily lose cops by taking turns in the sharper intersections, and they won't magically know where to look at when they have lost sight of you. (I'm looking at you Carbon)
If Payback has the worst voiceacting you've ever heard... Apparently you haven't played 90's videogames. Payback's voiceacting is not great but not terrible either... It's quite ok imo.
Game is boring: I've put in more hours than Fallout 4. It's so quick to jump in and get stuff done. I get bored sure, but then I just reset and go through the early/mid game again. Worse than Payback: *I'll die on this hill! Possibly the best game since Most Wanted!* It would've been if fate didn't screw it over!
@@lazypaladin IDK Why You Even Played This Game IF You Get Boring & The Game Was Never Boring. You Are The Guy Who's Bad In Among Us & Then Spam Everywhere & Say Among US Is Dead. Just Stop Spamming Everywhere.
@@ABxDragon Haven't played Among Us for one. Two, I said I get bored, not that its boring. Like how I get bored with Football yet still up to watch a few games. I don’t get why there aren’t any drag races in nfs Heat even though there are drag tires, and why there aren’t ghymkana events even though we have speed cross tires
EA and Ghost games abandoned NFS Heat... They were probably going to add more race types and even make the map more extensive, but they got greedy and scrapped the whole project for more money.
IMO what makes this game are the customization and the Heat Races. As you said, the cops aren't too difficult, but the feeling of not knowing if you'll come back in one piece is something no other game has. Map is fun too. I actually like Ghost's maps better than Playground's. Eventually people will get bored of Forza too, since every Forza is the same and every week is a grind to get the seasonal cars. No such nonsense in NFS (yet).
NFS HEAT TIP: If you wanna use your car for on road racing, I recommend Chevorlet Grand Sport and whatever car, make sure to tune it so its On road/Race, hope this helps
I honestly agree with everything in this video except for the fact that yes, the cops are easy, but I feel that the devs did that on purpose as to not give new players a hard time/drive them of the game.
yeah, early on, it is a little hard to get rid of them with a low level car, and people thinking they can do better than at least heat 2, thats what i think most people get mad a bout
the game gets funny playing with friends tbh, like challenging the group to complete certain races with a off-road car in a track race and other things
I know the RSR is the fastest car in NFS heat, but I really wish it wasn't. I've been to several car meets in-game and all I see 90% of the time are RSRs. That's great if you like RSRs, but for me who's not really a Porsche guy, it gets kinda boring seeing everybody with Porsche's all the time. It'd be nice in there were like 4 or 5 cars in NFS heat that could get the same level of speed as the RSR so we could at least get some variety in competitions.
1 . once you get to Heat5 theres no escaping . i mean . you evade and run to your safe house once . and thats over . coz the Heat5 mech will automatically detec you play abilities and they will counter you no matter what . but different county different counter attack so expect to mod more than 3 cars for each counter . ea: flexible cars to get in and out of any alley ways and slick roads (those who chased by rhinos) . a high speed cars to get to another county just to catchup with high heat lvl race . and an offroad car to those who sick and tired for those high speed corvette and bumper rhinos . 2. finish up the little quest before you get to the main game i spent months to get every county 100% completion so to get a taste of those sweet ferarri . ouh and other mods too . 3. personal best car i test so far from this channel is the evo . surely and most definetly satisfying in both speed circuit , sprint and drift . the tune of the evo is wide and ngl , @militia did say theres other more speedos car than the rsr . this is it for me ❤
I think when people say the game is dead, they mean public lobbies are dead. No one seems to want to join races anymore in public lobbies and when you do get someone to join they quit out. I mostly play solo and because of that I spend much of my time lobby hopping trying to race.
I played NFS Payback and got super lucky one pull and ended up breezing through the story. I also hate at the end of the game, when you can get the "boss car" the one you steal in the story. No matter how you upgrade it it doesn't ever feel as good as when you first drive it
“98% oF wOrLd ReCoRdS aRe SeT wItH tHe RsR”. I wonder why everyone would use the most ridiculously overpowered car in the game for that. That nd the beetle are stupid op for no reason. If nfs actually made any of their games wit cars that could have the same stats maybe we could actually have a diverse lobby of people who aren’t all driving the SAME CAR with the SAME PARTS in EVERY RACE. Imagine a racing game, with hundreds nd hundreds of cars to choose from to experience nd customize. But nah EVERY person drives the SAME CAR, SAME BUILD, SAME EVERYTHING. What a diverse community nfs is. So funny how when you gap someone so bad in any car that’s not an rsr or a beetle, what do they go to the garage to bring out on you? An rsr or a beetle. The “skill” needed to drive the rsr would literally be the same “skill” needed to drive ANY car in nfs wit the stats it has. So yes it takes no skill to pick the most stupidly op car ina game nd watch a TH-cam video, that hundreds of thousands have also looked up, for the best build
Nah , Heat is actually fun . I like it better than payback . Although payback had a better multiplayer with the tournament style matchmaking and ranking system . Heat has a better and more realistic upgrade system for cars and the map , for me , is a little better 🤷🏾♂️
bought the game on summer sale because i'm burn out with First Person Shooter (my fav type of game) and it's a fresh breath of air i really like it, and surprisingly bring back memories and nostalgia because i have no idea the BMW M3 from NFS MW is in this game holy shit the sound of that car is eargasm
2:00 I'm a very casual player...and I'm probably one of the few still playing this game these days. I bought it around release and played it a bit but then didn't feel like grinding rep levels to get better parts so I dropped the game and recently picked it back up. I'm using my RSR for getting ultimate parts from heat 3 races and even at just heat 3 I'm stressed tf out just cause I've had so many random bugs/glitches or from bad luck with ai traffic seemingly being magnetically attracted to my car. I dread having to grind for ultimate+ parts from heat 5 races.
I still play the game as well to this day. I switch it up at night and always night racing. At day I just cruise and drift I earn credits only doing the special heat races and earn ultimate parts instead of actually buying it in the market. (literally making myself grind to earn parts for the car I'm building) for me to have strong interest when playing the game. I came up with the idea because of the DYING LIGHT that's how it started for me. still NFS heat is so far the great game to play and if there is anything to nitpick as well it's the short story.
this. I only play solo because a driving game to me is a solo game. was a bit sad the story was so short and a bit disappointed with how OP some cars are compared to other cars but just doing your own thing customizing, grinding out all the content slowly is great!
I bought this from PSN when it was on sale last year, but didn't download it until last week. I haven't had this much fun since NFS Carbon and Underground
I really wish they didn't implement car damage as part of car chases with cops. I understand partially if they needed something to curb being super reckless, but my question is why do that to begin with? Wasn't the fun in MW, Carbon, even Undercover maybe, that you could go on these insane, endless cop chases and wreak havoc across the entire map? The damage mechanic paired with the severity of consequences for getting caught creates such an aversion to having prolonged, fun chases. Instead the chases in NFS Heat result in you rarely even seeing the cops.
I've started playing heat after payback and am really loving it. I found payback a bit boring at times and thought of quiting but heat is just so fun to play!
NFS payback has more car customisations and you have to spend more time unlocking each car accessories, it feels more rewarding and makes the game feel like there is less to do
Just picked up NFS Heat on Sale. This is the closest game to NFS Underground 2 we're gotten from the franchise. Loving this game and faintly want to climb the rankings and join a great crew
Got this game maybe 3 weeks ago? And I love it! Haven’t played a racing game I got into since Most Wanted the one with the Gray and Blue M3! I have a 5.0, RX7, Raptor and 06 WRX all ranging from 320-380 and I can’t escape cops level 3 to save my life!
In regards to the topic of payback being better than Heat. As far as upgrades and customization goes, Heat wins, easily. The RNG system was a huge flop. As far as pvp and racing goes, Payback is better. One can always find full lobbies to race with in the game, while on Heat you gotta cooperate or get lucky to find players to race.
even after finishing the base game, i love to replay it all the time just because it's so interesting, i'm surprised anyone could be bored of this game
True with the RSR, it's harder to handle in Heat. It's kinda shocked me when i try the RSR in Heat, especially when i use keyboard to play the game. Sometimes understeer, sometimes oversteer too much
one weird thing with the RSR is that it is so damn solid, i could run 300kmph straight into a running car and it will do chip damage but the car that are suppose to be beefy like the mustang get obliterated once i did that
About rsr you r 100% right i just picked up the car cuz i saw in your videos that the car is one of the best in the game, but after first race(day) i got almost negativ thought mostly about handling but i played with live tune i little bit (witch i also learned from your video how to use it) its actually sick car, so thanks for your content 👍
3:29 i still stand by that the 488gtb is faster. Ive beaten it in drag races, regular races, everything. With the right engine swap and setup it cannot be beaten

Same i havent played in almosf a year and now i play it all the time
Completely agree with everything in this video.
But you're still slow 😂
Got the game back in March, I believe, and even though I finished the story mode, I still have loads of fun playing the game, and especially when I lay while watching your streams. Your help and tips have been immensely appreciated, and I 100% agree with your opinion in this video.
Keep up the fantastic work, friend 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Every time when a cop is behind me I'm having a heart attack 😂😂
try playing pranks on them on daytime you will notice how stupid they are by just driving circle around them on heat 3 and 4 and try to outrun them on jumps on heat 5 I suggest go on many container with a ships, it has a lot of jumps and a single gas station nearby
@@jedbradlysibayan8619 thanks man
@@jedbradlysibayan8619I once rammed a cop during daytime... I was busted within few minutes. 😖
I picked up the game 2 days ago and im level 45 already. This game is my most favourite becuase of all the customization. I also love it that it has all my favourite rides. My VW golf gti7 is at 365 and my dodge at 340
nice!
Ghost mode in PvP would solve a lot of problems!
@@MilitiaGamingCommunity Which version of Need for speed heat should I buy the deluxe or the regular and what does the deluxe give.
Too bad your car is made out of paper so as soon as the cop passes your car your damage lights start flashing...
This video is very accurate 👍
I hate the RSR, all my best time on any track are all done by RSR. Been trying hard to beat the records with other cars ):
The rsr is The OP Car in this Game
I don’t like the RSR but yet I have one in game no engine upgrades I made one like Magnus Walker’s RSR
I love it!
Performance Lv 250 cars can do Heat 5 easily BUT get caught lacking on the uphill roads predominately in the northern areas of map and your night is over
I use a PS4 and I got 5 Rhinos on me
Bro I can’t even escape lvl 2 heat 💀 am I that bad? 🤣
Need for speed has the ability to attract you to play it forever.
Heat is the best racing game so far.
Palm City is a visually delicious playground.
Thank you for telling me the myths, I really needed it
Love what you said about the RSR!
Try the Volvo 242 if you build it correctly you'll slap every RSR you come across

Just started this month. Only got back into gaming last year with the new Xbox. My last console before that was a PS2 20 years away from Gaming yes lots to catch up with.
When I first started I thought these were true.
Perfect video Trigger
i got back pedals for my controller so i can enjoy the game even more cuz im learning and gettin used to shift with it
I started doing heat 5 chases with a 280 performance Evo IX, it was fun but they kept overpowering me, but it helped me level up a lot mid-game
once you upgrade your evo to 300+ you should be fine and it also depends on the difficulty you're playing on.
I just picked it up and I was surprised how good it is!
Just because heat is on sale doesn't mean it isn't dead with new players downloading the deal. They'll play it 3 weeks and be done
>"The RSR is easy to drive"
Then, try to make a 6:55 or less time on Discovery (the looooooong night sprint).
Yeah track races yes but def not the fastest drag car
But it’s close with the right build. It’s top 5 in drag
@@MilitiaGamingCommunity don’t know about that s15, Volvo, 488, pagani, beetle, and a couple cars I’ve test are faster

Completed the game but decided to restart
You're right Militia, the game isn't boring. I know player's are just lazy enough to finish the game.
Just started playing. I know these videos and game are old but I’m loving it. Thanks for the content
There is always that 1 broken car in Need for speed games it always killed competitive for me
I abandoned the rsr at like 300 lvl and bought a hurucan performante.
The Ford GT is good as Porsche 911 RSR
And plz dont have anything against me. I am the RSR user and win races but im not toxic player that spams that im good or theyre bad...i mostly say that they were behind me but wasnt bad either and congratulate em sometimes have fun in free roam with players.
But one tip: If you see ppl switching to RSR then quickly switch to that car too so its fair.
The first point is false for me cause my car isn’t even above 200
True I mean
My brothers, friends and I just started this game 2 days ago and I have no complaints I'm enjoying driving and improving my 350 Zed
Honestly I'm enjoying Heat in Project Unite mod, but just with better visual elements. Still keeping everything else about game's mechanic in vanilla.
That seems to mean I'm quite satisfied with Heat's default gaming features. It real does especially at night :)
Trigger just roasted the haters…keep it up
Got it free on gamepass..... Love it and the Ford GT is my favorite over the rsr
Who in the right mind would think that Payback is better than Heat?
Payback has:
1. The worst voice acting I've ever heard in a video game (The only good VA was that millionaire guy)
2. Cop chases are just scripted events.
3. Having to grind for visual customization FOR EACH CAR.
4. A performance upgrade system that's literally a roulette, designed to annoy people into buying free rolls with real money.
5. A handling model where drifting is the only viable way to race fast (Drifting is till fast in Heat, but it isn't always the fastest)
The only thing payback did well are the Offroad races.

EA and Ghost games abandoned NFS Heat...
They were probably going to add more race types and even make the map more extensive, but they got greedy and scrapped the whole project for more money.
@Recruit yep
Appreciate this video. I still think out of today's nfs games, Heat wins! Been playing since their original games. PS original days lol 🤘🏼😎
Why have I never seen anyone drive the koensgegg regera (that one car that is 400+ at stock) also I probs spelt it wrong
Because it’s not very good
NFS HEAT TIP: If you wanna use your car for on road racing, I recommend Chevorlet Grand Sport and whatever car, make sure to tune it so its On road/Race, hope this helps
Yooo honestly im so so happy that your making videos about nfs again thanks a lot
I was about to say you’re wrong on the cops but when you broke it down it makes sense
1 . once you get to Heat5 theres no escaping . i mean . you evade and run to your safe house once . and thats over . coz the Heat5 mech will automatically detec you play abilities and they will counter you no matter what . but different county different counter attack so expect to mod more than 3 cars for each counter .
ea: flexible cars to get in and out of any alley ways and slick roads (those who chased by rhinos) . a high speed cars to get to another county just to catchup with high heat lvl race . and an offroad car to those who sick and tired for those high speed corvette and bumper rhinos .
2. finish up the little quest before you get to the main game i spent months to get every county 100% completion so to get a taste of those sweet ferarri . ouh and other mods too .
3. personal best car i test so far from this channel is the evo . surely and most definetly satisfying in both speed circuit , sprint and drift . the tune of the evo is wide and ngl , @militia did say theres other more speedos car than the rsr . this is it for me ❤
I think when people say the game is dead, they mean public lobbies are dead. No one seems to want to join races anymore in public lobbies and when you do get someone to join they quit out. I mostly play solo and because of that I spend much of my time lobby hopping trying to race.
I didn't know the heat level thing and it was difficult to get away from heat level 4 cops in a 200 car. Thanks for the info
I just picked it back up again and really enjoying it. I love customizing the vehicles.
the cops are fine but the damage system on player cars sucks
This right here! Most of the time I got caught is because of damage.
bought the game on summer sale because i'm burn out with First Person Shooter (my fav type of game) and it's a fresh breath of air i really like it, and surprisingly bring back memories and nostalgia because i have no idea the BMW M3 from NFS MW is in this game holy shit the sound of that car is eargasm
At day I just cruise and drift
I earn credits only doing the special heat races and earn ultimate parts instead of actually buying it in the market.
Ahh trigger really got me there saying stop saying it’s boring when you haven’t finished the missions and story.. I should probably get to that
One question, why don't my cars go over 250mph and the other players have 300 or more?
300 or above is in kph, not mph
100 kph equals 60 mph
I've started playing heat after payback and am really loving it. I found payback a bit boring at times and thought of quiting but heat is just so fun to play!
NFS payback has more car customisations and you have to spend more time unlocking each car accessories, it feels more rewarding and makes the game feel like there is less to do
Just picked up NFS Heat on Sale. This is the closest game to NFS Underground 2 we're gotten from the franchise. Loving this game and faintly want to climb the rankings and join a great crew

I never liked the RSR, it's too OP once you get the hang of it
I did in the arena heat 5 and I only had a Nissan 288 lol
me listening to the first myth and being like "but I had a rank 220 and was running heat 5... that explains why it was hard getting away"
In regards to the topic of payback being better than Heat.
As far as upgrades and customization goes, Heat wins, easily. The RNG system was a huge flop.
As far as pvp and racing goes, Payback is better. One can always find full lobbies to race with in the game, while on Heat you gotta cooperate or get lucky to find players to race.
the RSR is nice and all but nothing beats the feeling when you fly past a hypercar in the VW Beetle. "Beep Beep"!
The RSR is really good and definitely one of the best but I just particularly don’t really like it this is my own opinion so don’t get mad
Agreed fuck the rsr
It’s not one of the best… it IS the best
Actually I Also Hate. It's Madly Fast When All Knows It's Not Faster In Real Life.
Exactly it’s too fake “rsr”
I’ve been playing this game for maybe a year now and I’m still learning what cars are good and this vid is just nothing but facts
even after finishing the base game, i love to replay it all the time just because it's so interesting, i'm surprised anyone could be bored of this game
True with the RSR, it's harder to handle in Heat. It's kinda shocked me when i try the RSR in Heat, especially when i use keyboard to play the game. Sometimes understeer, sometimes oversteer too much
one weird thing with the RSR is that it is so damn solid, i could run 300kmph straight into a running car and it will do chip damage but the car that are suppose to be beefy like the mustang get obliterated once i did that
I like how you go straight to the point of the video without giving useless information
The RSR, Pista, Pagani Huarya BC, F40, McLaren F1, Huracan, are all faster than the gtb.
