SO did a charcuterie board for me for Mother's Day, since my favorite thing and biggest turn on is food. It was glorious. We went with four cheeses since I couldn't stick with two, but it worked out with two hard and two soft cheeses.

There are probably better washed rind cheeses out there, but St. Albray is very easily available. Also, that cabin looked cozy af.
