No I don’t but it is certainly helpful to maintain blood glucose levels compared to normal white rice, we checked used continuous glucose monitoring device

Video gist - 6 cups water to 1 cup rice, cook for 10 mins on high pressure, leave it on warm after cooking for 10 mins. Release pressure and drain the water.
