Mike’s personality is just a complete vibe! I’m literally training because of him. It’s how he genuinely enjoys what he does. Only if people focused on his hard work and understood his nattiness or otherwise had nothing to do with their grocery bill 😂
Unless you have a severe muscle imbalance there’s no reason to do back single arm, just takes so long to do a set and whatever side goes second gets less focus potentially cause of overall fatigue

I did this workout but man I have trouble to sleep because of raised body temperature and my back muscles still keep burning long after I have finished my workout… (around 2.30 pm) Any tips to cool down the body post workout for better night rest?

I can do a back/bicep gym session 30/40 mins and go until failure and have a nice ache the next day. I can do the same a few days later lifting even heavy and until failure and not have any sort of ache the next day. Whats up with that?
Why was the rear dealt exercise included? So it’s three back exercises and two bicep exercises? Push one day, pull the next, than legs, rest day 4 than repeat?

@@chriscurrington1980thats severely overblown, you should brace your abs when hinging at your hips but in my opinion landmine tbar rows are way better than chest supported t bar rows EXACTLY because they hit the spinal erectors, it will make you stronger overall
I take a barbell and stick one end into the corner of the wall/floor and place weight on the other end. Then I use a close grip attachment underneath the bar to lean over and pull it up

Look after your body when you train bro, see a physio the £40-50 quid will be worth it for the treatment and advice. Try stretching and warming up your rotator cuffs with a band, internal and external rotations. All can be found on YT bro.
shoulder impingement, any overhead pressing should be avoided right now, youtube "exercises for shoulder impingement" ...do these everyday and before you workout, pull-ups, rows, anything that pulls rather than pushes weight should feel ok though...work around it..
So I know that from block to block in a periodization type of training weight must increase. But in regards to weekly progressions would adding sets be more efficient than adding reps or vice versa? Or are they just the same thing? 🤔

What is the best rest for muscle growth 60-90-3 min?
Rest 3-5 mins on your heavy compound working sets (should be also your first exercise) isolations are not so important, just when you feel rested.

Hey Mike, in my gym T bar row is without chest support, just standing bent over, with a very narrow grip. Feels even better for the lats tbh
Its preference honestly, but without the chest support you start using different muscles (lower back) earlier
