yeah the EDP is a higher concentration and is stronger. The aftershaves are a little stronger than your regular aftershave, though. And obviously it's designed for shaving.
I've ordered the aftershave/cologne of Thought Forms, which just dropped. And, just remember, Phoenix Artisan Accoutrements makes homage scents because, frankly, they sell well, and they are a small house/business that needs to do what they need to do to make it and profit. That said, DO NOT sleep on PAA's original scent creations because they have some absolutely amazing original creations. I haven't smelled Thought Forms yet, so I can't say if it's good or not. However, they have top-shelf ones like Sangre de Drago and Atomic Age Bay Rum and, IMO, their best "Homage"/copy-cat is Sacre Bleu EDP, which is a their version of the old-school classic Aqua Velva....and....OH MY...is it amazing. When PAA eventually re-releases this in a limited-release again this year I highly, highly recommend you buy the EDP and the bar soap together. The aftershave/deodorant is optional, but the scent is sooooo amazing on the dry down. You have to wait for the dry down because the EDP when wet has an almost cough syrup-like strength and is not representative of the dry down whatsoever. That dry down, IMO, take Aqua Velva to "another place" and when I take a bath with the bar soap it helps augment that scent. IMO, Sacre Bleu EDP is PAA's best 'homage' because it's not exactly the same as the original.....it's BETTER! It's a shame that PAA only will sell Sacre Bleu in 1-2 month drops in the Spring/Summer time period. So, you have to actually keep checking on them, or just subscribe to their newsletter/email announcements.

(It's driving me nuts...) But in all seriousness it's REALLY good but I know I have smelled something like this before but I just can't figure out what it is and it's killing me... I had hoped that you were going to tell me what that was... LOL!!! ^_^ If you figure it out PLEASE let me know what it is...
