Sandra, thank you for remind us so simple and powerfull things. You melted my heart♥️ I live in Kyiv and we constantly having blackouts now, no electricity, no heat and sometimes no water. So if I made shower and able to dry my hair with a fan it's a big achievement🙂 I often have ups and downs, but despite all circumstances trying to live the best version of my life🌷

I have said this before, I taught my children, now grown, that we are spiritual beings living a human experience. I know so many struggle to just get out of bed , to just put one foot in front of the other,and I remind myself when I see people not smiling or looking visibly unhappy, that they are struggling. I work every day to find joy and to help others, because that is what fills my heart. Each day we wake up is a gift! Each sunrise is a new beginning to try to live in the day and the moment. It isn’t always perfect but if we are aware that’s the most important. Living in the present has always been very difficult for me but I am working on it. My dogs make me happy every day ....Nature always makes me happy. Flowers, the sun, the rain, the squirrels and the birds in my garden. My Christmas tree.... the first one again after 20 years ( i am almost 71 and single by my own choice since 2005) .........of course a REAL tree with roots in a pot so he can grow in my garden after Christmas....... decorated only in white and silver like the snow who will not fall here ;) . NO plastics, only real glass decorations. I feel in a wonder world with all the glittering and the little lights. My children and their partners and my grandchildren coming for Christmas and that is wonderful 🥰 We ordered delicious meals ( vegetarian for me) so i do not have to cook 👌 I bought bubbling wine and crystal champagne glasses. Dear Sandra, Yesterday I felt like I was sinking, so today I went to the beach, I let my body be in the sun, and I went into the sea to swim a little in the cold water. When I got out of the water I felt great. And when I got home I felt much better. This is one of my remedies for recovering from feeling down. Thank you very much for the life insights and sharing.

I have said this before, I taught my children, now grown, that we are spiritual beings living a human experience. I know so many struggle to just get out of bed , to just put one foot in front of the other,and I remind myself when I see people not smiling or looking visibly unhappy, that they are struggling.
I work every day to find joy and to help others, because that is what fills my heart. Each day we wake up is a gift! Each sunrise is a new beginning to try to live in the day and the moment. It isn’t always perfect but if we are aware that’s the most important.
You are such a beautiful gift and inspiration and once again show so many that even in a very difficult time you find reasons for joy and to help others.

My dogs make me happy every day ....Nature always makes me happy. Flowers, the sun, the rain, the squirrels and the birds in my garden. My Christmas tree.... the first one again after 20 years ( i am almost 71 and single by my own choice since 2005) .........of course a REAL tree with roots in a pot so he can grow in my garden after Christmas....... decorated only in white and silver like the snow who will not fall here ;) . NO plastics, only real glass decorations. I feel in a wonder world with all the glittering and the little lights.
My children and their partners and my grandchildren coming for Christmas and that is wonderful 🥰 We ordered delicious meals ( vegetarian for me) so i do not have to cook 👌 I bought bubbling wine and crystal champagne glasses. I so enjoyed all the preparations.

Dear Sandra, Yesterday I felt like I was sinking, so today I went to the beach, I let my body be in the sun, and I went into the sea to swim a little in the cold water. When I got out of the water I felt great. And when I got home I felt much better. This is one of my remedies for recovering from feeling down. Thank you very much for the life insights and sharing.

I am 61 and found your channel after the pandemic (after discovering numerous channels throughout that period of time. ) I actually enjoyed that pandemic time for various reasons , had a cozy house to stay inside a lot and have since found some wonderful points of interest on You Tube)To the point : I am enjoying your channel in particular immensely and have noticed that all age groups are feeling the same way !! I see why and wished I had someone like you back in my twenties, thirties, forties , fifties even to look up to ..someone like you with all your beauty on the outside, obviously inside too but with the wisdom to accompany this by a click on an pad or I phone 😉
