    Thank you for such a beneficial video. Missed these videos. Quick questions. What if we are a recent graduate from nursing school from America? Does facilities like Cleveland Clinic still look to hire recent graduates and what does their salary look like as a recent grad from America? Would I still get the average salary at least? Lastly, could we opt for Housing accommodation as opposed to housing allowance? I think Cleveland Clinic does housing accommodation according to their website. I would personally rather have the furnished accommodation set up by the company as a first timer in the UAE as opposed to having to go through the headache of looking for housing. Sorry for all the questions. Is nursing in Cleveland Clinic from amongst the jobs to where they are the top 1% of hospitals that pay 14,000 AED?Thank you for your time and understanding.

      Hi 👋. Answer 1: Graduates from America and Europe are highly regarded. Despite no experience, you still have a good chance of getting an offer.

    • @kindpaThy
      @kindpaThy  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Answer 2: Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi is among the top 1% of the highest salary payers in the healthcare sector.
      Even as a fresh grad, your salary would be encouraging, and there's no income tax.
      Opting for accommodation or accommodation allowance depends on the company policy. It's easier to opt for accommodation allowance if accommodation has been offered than the other way round.

      @@kindpaThy Thank you so much. You have been a big help for me in this journey. I hope to complete my school December of next year (2025).
      Sorry for the questions. They just keep popping up. I see that you mention that it is encouraging, even as a fresh grad. How much should I expect in that case (so I don't get low balled)? Also, is 14,000 AED good for a family (I don't have one yet, but I hope sometime in the future)? Also could we negotiate for more, especially as we gain more experience in the company or do they automatically do that? Lastly, say later down the line we have children, will they pay for the children's school as well or no?
      Thank you again. Sorry for the load of questions. Please get back to me when you can, since I understand you must be very busy. These videos have been extremely helpful, so thank you.
