Water 800 gm+ 400 gm vinegar+ 1 Tbsp mustard seeds+ 100 gm sugar+ garlic 6-7 piece +1tbs salt( not necessary)+ Thyme or oregano 🌿 or mint for essence.In airtight jar Add veggies like carrot cucumber green chilli with cuts. About 600 gm veggies can be added. Then pour hot liquid over it. Will be ready in three days. Then keep in fridge. Can be used for a year.

Very tasty and long lasting Boil 2 cups red vinegar with 3-4 cups sugar and little salt till sugar completely dissolved. Let it cool. Add sliced carrots, small onions or sliced and any other vege you like. Tastes wonderful
