I myself have started to slowly replace my aging Eneloops with Varta batteries. They cost half of Eneloops and last just as long.

Hi there fellow Dutchman. I was wondering if you have done any comparison between the various rechargeable batteries that you have used. I was going for the GP ReCyKo with their charger. It will be used for us at work at various locations (think of 200 batteries in total). Obviously they now are using one time use alkaline batteries but we want to go green and use rechargeable ones.

Hi, Yes, of course, i’ve been using different kind of AA rechargeable batteries through the years have to say that from my experience GP ReCyko Pro and Eneloop Pro (from Panasonic) were the best and most reliable among all others, i would recommend it as a substitute for alkaline batteries to anyone, i’m absolutely sure of that! Dank u wel! 😉

Nice video. What is the cyclelife of batteries? How many times can be charged?

Hi! Great question, according to Varta AA 2500 series could go for up to 500 recharging cycles, AA 1900 series for up 2000 recharging cycles and AA 1000 series for up to 3000 recharging cycles. Thanks!

Hi, i have a good question too :). How do i know what rechargeable battery type to buy i mean how many mA should have in order not to burn the LED of a frontal flashlight which needs 4 x AA ? I guess if i buy the maximum mA capacity AA it shouldnt destroy the LED ? Or it is safer to use a rechargeable battery with less than maximum capacity?
If i would know how many mA does have a normal battery then i should buy closer rechargeable one ..?!
What is the difference between, lets say 1300 mA vs. 2600 mA capacity ? It just last longer or it has more more powerful intensity which could destroy a LED of a flashlight?
Im asking because i use a frontal flashlight very often at home with normal batteries AA but sometimes these batteries are leaking (even a Varta one) and id like to go with rechargeable batteries to save money.
    Liked and subscribed.

Hi! Larger capacity batteries only will last longer, you don't have to worry about blowing up you flashlight, for sure. I would recommend you to buy rechargeable batteries compleet with charger (so you can charge them right a way) for your flashlight, besides other things it also cheaper than common dry ones and obviously will last longer / better for environment. Thanks!

@@TechieViewVideo Thank you very much ! Appreciate it. I will buy a charger and rechargeable batteries asap. I wanted to buy this and switch to rechargeable long time ago but i was so concerned about the wrong capacity not to blow the LED of the flashlight :)) Definitely i will go for maximum capacity for AA , and branded ones such as varta or philips or even duracell..
