when harli picked up the little spider i smiled so hard. i’m so tired of everyone killing spiders instead of just leaving them be, especially when they’re outside! i found a lil spider in my room and i brought him outside and put him on my boston fern and he’s been living on it ever since. he eats all the aphids and other bugs that try to invade my fern and i love him. his name is tiny (my baby brother named him. he is quite tiny.)
I put sticky traps for fungus gnats and I found a little jumpy spider guy on it and i felt so bad. He probably thought it was an easy way to get himself some breakfast with all the gnats on there :( I carefully got him off and gave him some water and he went on his merry way :)
i once had a spider living in the corner of my room for months, i named her melinda and would watch her weave amazing webs and eat flies that sneak into my room. when she died i literally sobbed and promptly got a tattoo of her
The other day I found a jumping spider in the bathroom crawling on the toilet seat 😂 I picked it up and put it on my plant by the window. The next day I saw it chasing around a fungus gnat that was on the window. It was so cute. It followed the gnat around like a puppy dog. It finally jumped at the gnat and I’m pretty sure he caught it because it stopped running around after that. 😃
Watching you guys put together the grow tower was SO REAL 🤣 anything that requires a two person assembly is just a recipe for confusion and frustration 😂😂🤣 then the second it’s over everyone like “YAY :D ♥️”
Omg I feel u with the breathlessness. I’m 3 months postpartum, and my husband and I kissed the other day and I stopped and was like this is so much better when I’m not suffocating and gasping for breath. Like I was so amazed.

Love growing our own veggies! It is a lot of work but they taste so much better then any I’ve gotten at a grocery store. So FRESH! AND WE KNOW WHATS ON THEM...if anything. Mostly organic.
I just heard to plant tomatoes in the evening, I never have! But when I do plant them I give them some shade for a few days especially when it gets HOT!

I use a bunch of different things as drainage saucers- you should look at serving platters or bigger plates with good rims- I usually bunch a lot of little plants onto them, but I bet you could find a cool one for under your sebu
I’ve decided we need to be friends. Your a state away from me. I love Utah and plants. Annnnnnnnnd I think we’d be great greenhouse buddies because we wouldn’t shame each other for buying plants that are expensive.keep it up beautiful!
I don’t know if I should even put this in writing but I haven’t had any issue with bugs knock on wood. I had fungus gnats once but y were easy to be rid of. Some Neem oil and rocks on top of would and it was done. I haven’t invested in mosquito bits or anything else.
Oh my gosh 💯 happened to me during my second pregnancy too... my little Liam was a karate chopper straight towards my 🌸 and I swear he was too big because I could never catch my breath 😂 your plants have grown to such an impressive collection! Loved it these are my fav vids 😘

There is no better feeling than when one of your plants sprouts a new leaf! Life can be heavy thank goodness for plant love lol I sing to my plants like a crazy person. Because they love it lol If I’m happy its upbeat if I’m sad its all break up songs 🤣 don’t judge me 🤣🌱 🎶
I know it's not a prop box video but was watching this video while I upgraded my prop box and took cutting from some plants I want to share with people or want a second one.
I used mosquito bits per your recommendation and it has helped with my fungus gnats so much! I also used a bit of DE but I find it like dissolves and washes out of my soil which is a bit of a bummer haha
This was an entertaining, an awesome video! Loved your advice on the preventive treatments! And going all over the place, just makes you normal girl!! That’s one thing I admired about you when I first started following. No dress rehearsals!!! 😄 I would love to see a video on a grow tent, start to finish on how to set it up to maintaining it. I am interested in a MUCH smaller one of course but have no idea where to start. Think that would be something you’d be interested in videoing? Hope you have a great week!
In my experience and also my grandma‘s tomatos dont do so well When you get water on their leaves . Makes them More susceptible to diseases . So i only ever water the soil directly. Love your videos Harli

Yes! I totally agree! I do put them outside, but That is a very good idea to put them on outside plants.

My house gets lots of jumping spiders,they are always welcome they eat all the fungus gnat. It’s adorable when they chase them
