Roswell has this perception (we think) and it really is sooo much more than most people might think… it’s a really fun and funky little “don’t miss” kind of place!
We wanted to check out the lake & ran out of time because we were having si much fun in town. Ha! Thought we’d spend one day in town & then could go exploring. We will definitely go back through the area
I spent a week in Roswell last year. I was only gonna stop overnight, until I saw it! What a fun quirky lil town! Ended up staying a week and can’t wait to go back.

I am a native of Roswell until 2000 when I came to North Carolina. I am amused to the folks that visit the Alien City for the crash of 1947. I get a kick out of what everyone says about it and whether I am a believer or not something did happen and I don't believe it was any dummy dropped from a weather balloon. Thanks for going to my home town and showing what is really there.

Don't miss the Gallery on Main Street when you give, everyone! Roswell has 2 major art museums (Anderson Museum of Contemporary Art and the Roswell Museum next to the Convention Center) and the Gallery is a great place to shop local artists' work!
Roswell is a great place to be FROM. It’s a horrible place with a dark cloud over it. Don’t get me wrong, having lived there I met some amazing people and are still friends with them today. By far and large, most of the people are either trying to get out and are trapped or have simply accepted that they will never leave. There are those that like it and cheers to them. I refuse to go anywhere near the place. My daughter still has trouble coping with the Berrendo Middle School Shooting. Go any direction more than 2 blocks and it’s the ghetto. The NW side is the only decent area.

As someone who lives in Roswell, I pretty much avoid the tourist trap things but they look pretty fun... I am going to have to check them out.
Your town is pretty funky and we wanted to represent it in a way that we felt was different and just as engaging as it really is!!

Roswell is a pretty cool place. I've been there once. The natural sink hole lakes east of Roswell are pretty cool to see.
