I am in care visa which is valid till February 2028 and my dependent visa also valid till that date and my concern is I want to change my employer in the same occupation category that is care worker and they giving me cos letter for three years do my husband also need to apply the new visa with me or just I have to apply new visa with new cos but in same work category.

Hello,
If I switch employer within first 3 month of my current job but in the same job code for the same amount of time, do I need a new visa? and if so, do I need to pay IHS again? Or they will consider my previously paid IHS which is stil valid for 3 yrs and 9 months?

@@shreymanohar I had to pay all IHS again. They will return the old one in the next 6 weeks automatically. However my old IHS was paid at the rate of £634 per year and now the new rate is £1035 per year. I heard they return the old one. So it means I paid £2000 more for something I already own. Pathetic way to make money
