      @@visasolutionsuk I'm doing a supplementary 20 hours a week job that the employer, but I sometimes work 52 hours a week for this employer bcoz my sponsor has not yet given a single working hour . This new supplementary employer has estimated to pay me annual income of £18,812 with HMRC tax code 1257L. Will this have an immigration impacts on my skilled Worker Visa under the new visa conditions?

    Does the share code indicate the end of stay of an individual in the UK even without an email from the home office?

      if a cancellation email is not received from the Home Office, then the share code will show the original permission end date

    Sir my company is being struck off from the companies house register. I checked first notice on 6th of August. They mentioned that the company will be struck off within 60 days if there is no objection received regarding the strike off decision. I did not receive any email from the home office regarding this notice because in my visa application the immigration lawyer put his own email address instead of mine. Is there any way that I could update my email address in home office system.

    Hello Sir,
    I came to India after leaving my job in March 2024. I don't know if my employer informed the UK Home Office, but I didn't receive any mail from them. I also checked my right to work in the UK, and it's valid until 2026.
    Now I am planning to go back to the UK to gain some experience as a care worker and am thinking of converting my visa to a Charity Worker Visa.
    Should I travel to the UK?

      If you come to the UK, the Immigration officer may question you whether you are working for your employer, ask for any evidence(payslips, bank statements with pay entries, etc.), check on their systems for any reportings from the employer, they may check with your employer as well and once they find out that you are no longer working for your employer, they may curtail your permission immediately and not allow you to enter the UK.

    A main applicant and dependent works in the same place; the main applicant is sacked- looses sponsorship; is it right for the dependent to be stopped from work, when the home office hasnt sent a letter of curtailment? and in the case where it has been sent, is the org supposed to stopped the dependent from working? also can both still work (with their 2nd jobs(20hrs for main applicant, unrestricted for dependent) within the period of curtailment or the period before curtailment? Also can a dependent swap to become the main applicant since they work in the same place?

    Hi Sir/Team,
    Thank you so much for so many helpful videos.
    I am a bronze member and have a question:
    I was on skilled worker visa for employer A from 24 Aug 2022 until 15 Jan 2024, I resigned from my position at Employer A on 18 Jan 2024 (got an offer from employer B ) as I got my employer switch skilled worker visa for employer B approved on 16 Jan 2024 with the start date on COS as 4 March 2024.
    After my visa was approved for Employer B on 16 Jan 2024, I resigned from employer A on 18 Jan 2024 and served 4 weeks notice period till 15 Feb 2024. Now I have 17 days (16 Feb - 3 March) before I started my new job with employer B on 4 March 2024, will these 17 days be counted as continuos period on skilled worker visa towards ILR? is it okay to have 17 days employement gap between the end date of employer A and start date at employer B?
    Ps: 28 days rule: if we have to start the job at employer B within 28 days of visa approved or start date on COS( whichever is earlier), employer B already confirmed 28 days rule wont be applicable for me as my COS with them confirms the start date.
    It would be really great if you can please clarify this🙏

      1. Yes, the 17 days will be counted as continuous period on SW towards ILR.
      2. Yes it is okay to have 17 days gap
      3. You can start your employment with B on the Work Start date as per the CoS, that is fine.

    Can you help in case company is suspended, and chances of company survival are very low, company has given six months for any improvements.
    Only to leave or switching, but getting another sponsorship with work is very hard these days,

      The Dependant will have a right to work till the Dependant’s permission is cancelled, usually, it will be cancelled at the same time when the Main applicant’s permission is cancelled. The Dependant can continue to work with any employer till the last date of their Curtailed permission.
      The main applicant can only do the 20 hours supplementary employment till the date, when they are also working with their Main Sponsor for the contracted hours as per the CoS. After the last date of employment with the Main Sponsor, the main applicant cannot do the 20 hours supplementary employment.
      A Dependant can swap to become the main applicant. Please note that if the Dependant is sponsored for either 6135 or 6145 job code(Care workers), then they are not allowed to sponsor a Dependant.
