Hi Im on skilled worker visa from april 2022 as a chef. Im getting paid 26000 a year as written in my cos. How much i should be paid to apply for my ilr application in 2027. If its 29000 is it mandatory to paid for 5 years or only for 2 years which one left in completing 5 years? Thanks

I have been working in the UK on Skilled Worker Visa from January 2022 valid until 22/1/2025 and I have got a new offer (on Shirtage List) to renew my Skilled Worker Visa from the same employer. However, due to having overseas issues, I plan to seek political asylum in the UK. My question is: Can I still keep working on Skilled Worker Visa after I apply fir asylum, OR the asylum application would issue me a New Work Permission. Also, would the Skilled Worker Visa be cancelled automatically or NOT if I apply for asylum ?
