‘Limited Budget’ 2019 Pete 389 and 2020 XL Specialized RGN

“Limited Budget” is a 2019 Peterbilt 389 owned by Jamie Adkins and Adkins Specialized Carriers out of Swan, Iowa. The rig was shown at the 2019 GATS Pride & Polish, where it earned Best of Show runner-up honors in the Limited Mileage Combo class. The truck was ordered by someone else who didn’t take it, so Adkins took it without even knowing the color.
