Was leaning 8, but went with the 7 because I don’t want my TV to only last 3 or so years like most OLEDs. Had it for almost a week and am loving it. If I had unlimited money I’d get the 9, but 7 isn’t far behind it. Plus I had to turn off Peak Luminance in SDR and the Contrast Enhancer in HDR, so I don’t even know if I would’ve wanted the extra brightness. If you’re using the TV exclusively for movies, get the 8. If you’re going to be gaming, watching sports, or using it as a PC monitor, get the 7 or 9.
Thank goodness for LG that still offers a better size range in a high premium picture - not all can take a 55 inch TV has Sony made a mistake by not offering something below 55 inch
If you have an LED, I’d say stick with the LED. 6 years is long enough that you’ll be amazed at how good the 7 looks. If you have an OLED, stick with OLED.

Same with Bravia 9 not having 55 & 65.
I guess they think the X95L and A90L are still good enough to compete in the smaller sizes or something.
Don’t know what to do 7 or 8. I have a 65 inch Sony about 6 years old so want an upgrade

Sony x95L was only available in the US at 85".
Just buy the 85“ one man.

I am waiting for OLED 85 inch.
I also love OLED..
As I saw, QLED (Bravia 7) has really more colour and brightness than OLED.
