Hey Diane, Welcome to the neighborhood! We use Spectrum, and it's been perfectly fine. I have heard Comcast has had some issues...best of luck!
We also use Spectrum, and it works great. We have had a few outages but nothing serious. Other people use XFinity, DirecTV and Dish.
Can Residents fish from those walk ways / piers????
