Thank you for sharing this video, that is a great plan house ,Mr Bob & Mrs Liz did a wonderful idea, I love the open walk-in, warm welcome and every single corner furniture can be used. I love the style of the walk-in shower, the backyard is imagined. I wonder about how much their house cost today.
We have plan A that sells everything and lives full time Rver after we been own and drive a class A motor home going here and there for almost 15 years. But after we watched this video and thinking we might want to stay in one place for retirement.

Hubby still works and I’m just getting out to play, now that we’ve “mostly” unpacked. We “drank the Kool Aid” years ago and are happy to finally be here…living and loving the lifestyle! I’ve enjoyed watching some of your videos…before and after your move from Philly. We lived in Bucks County, Newton, PA for a bit and our son graduated from Temple U there. We also lived in in Lake St. Louis, near St. Louis for a bit too. Anyhoo, keep up the good work!! 😊

Speaking as a retiring IT professional, the days of needing to pay attention to cable/phone drops are over, and you would be better off running network cabling (if/where possible needed). Most people no longer have a landline phone, so no need for phone drops AND most new streaming services will include a set-top box connecting either wireless (WIFI) or ethernet. Really surprised that builders even still run phone/cable drops. Lovely home, btw :)
Thanks! We are actually streaming Spectrum and the house doesn’t have phone jacks. Things are certainly changing.😄
Builder put 2 CAT5 lines that start in the garage and end above kitchen cabinets and living room ceiling. I planned to hard wire to each room, but decided to just put the router in BR2 so I could hard wire the work 'puters and we wifi to everything else. Wifi calling helps when you only get one bar of cell service. We have land line phone connections in each room and I thought we might use them for hard wiring - but the wifi works fine.

Thanks to Bob and Liz for letting us see this beautiful home including the furnishing it really is super nice. They seem like awesome neighbors. I love the open concept and the changes they did. How many sq feet? I'm curious if there is any tile roofs in the Village or are these all shingles?
Thanks Robert. Our house is 2,108 sq ft. Most homes in the villages are shingle , you will find some tile in the Spanish Springs area.😊
Hi Rusty we were lucky to have won a lottery for a parcel of land and
we are building a designer home on a lake in Eastport and couldn't be more excited! Breaking ground end of May and 3 months later s/b ready to close...you should come by and follow the progress. Gonna be super exciting watching it grow into a home

Great tour, thank you Rusty. Can only imagine that amount of space. I live in a condo now. As much as the Villages seem so appealing don't think a house would be on my radar now [Widowed, live on my own] Doesn't seem to be much options other than buying a house. Again, thank you for all the tips.
Hi Mel, So sorry that you lost your wife. There are Many options in the Villages. There are Loft apartments, patio Villas and Cottage Villas. There are many groups for singles to make friends and do things. Come down for a Lifestyle visit and check it out, I think you would be very surprised. 😊
