I really enjoyed the series on this bike. To me it doesn't get any better than a 60s XLCH. Thanks for doing this. Question: Seeing that the XLCH models didn't come with an oil filter wouldn't a spin-on set up piped in to the front left motor mount be a good idea? Anyway, this is by far the best channel for the Ironhead guys. Keep 'em coming!
Bendix ? YUP Zenith Bendix adjustable main ? My shovelhead go to carb personal ride ? A SUPER B plain no pump on throttle just roll the throttle slowly comes on like a freight train E N J O Y

no need, not if you follow the suggested 1500 mile oil change interval suggested in the owners manual
tinman7130 makes a good point, but an oil filter can't hurt. HD did equip the XLHs with an in-tank filter.
