Great Vignesh. I am born in a big brahmin family with six brothers. Your video brought nostalgic memories about how my mother used to prepare many of these dishes on Avani Avittam. I remember early morning like Diwali, they used to have Idlis before Vadhyar comes for putting new Poonal in such a big hall called Koodam in my house. Now I still have that house but my parents and all brothers reached heavenly abode. I see my sister preparing all such dishes for her sons. I make only payasam for swami neivedyam.
