Looks cool, but you could have done the underground parking lots just simply by putting an underground parking place in one of the side roads and building wide pedestrian walkways above it.
I have a plan with this design, a plan that will be implemented in Part 2. You've made a good suggestion but my plan wouldn't work with it
In the end the more unique solutions each person figures out, the better.
