Good video but normal German Autobahnen has for the most parts 3 full lanes and sometimes more. Fun fact: In Germany there is a new mechanic where you you sometimes can drive on the holding lane(Standstreifen) when you are allowed to that via signals on the side.

That highway was built way too fast for it to be German besides where are the "straßenschäden" But all in all nice build looks very nice 👍

It is amazing how much more realistic this clover looks like just by changing thse tiny details like shoulders and markings. Really good job! The only, tiny thing I would add (or rather substract) are the road markings about speed limit. I have actually _never_ seen the speed limit being painted on the lane on the Autobahn or Landstraßen - if there is anything painted on the lane, it's usually a preselection of direction in an upcoming interchange (like "KÖLN" being marked on one lane and "DO" for Dortmund on the other). The only times I've seen reminders about the speed limit painted on the ground is in low speed residential zones when the limit is unexpectedly 30 instead of the 50 that is the default inside city limits. So as a german-coded person, it looks a little out of place to have that on the Autobahn... [Also: "Now let's see some action on the new roads" - immediately cuts to multiple shots of people overtaking on the right. That was just funny, nothing you can do anything about...]

I wonder if a per-lane speed limit is possible. That way cars would be more likely to overtake on the right lane. Getting them to follow tge Rechtsfahrgebot seems impossible tho.

In Germany, delinators are exactly 50m apart from each other in general. Pnly in curves or near switches, they're closer together. And the "Seitenstreifen" for broken vehilces on the autobahn has to be 3m. If there isn't enough space, there have to be some bays once in a while for broken vehicles to find a "safe" spot. Those also exist on Bundesstraßen if the terrain doesn't allow placing a broken vehicle apart from the road on the side. ;) Like your videos a lot, though :)

For the Autobahn 2-Lane, you can make the road markings connect correctly by replacing the 3m wide empty lane on the right with a 2m empty lane and 1m shoulder Great video!

I'm not German, but it looks way more realistic to me as a Dutchy than the US style highways. Props!

5:34 even in the Hilly Baden-Württemberg, I have seen many Landstraßen, that just go straight, sometimes even ignoring topography. So no, this road is not too straight for Germany😅

Very often there are emergency lanes on the single lane connectors as well.

Looks epic plus you could say it a lot of contry in europe like france cause jt has the same stuff almost except the speed limit ( just germany got more lane usually )
