You have saved me from buying new washer. Thank you. Although, I did not understand in my first view of the video last night, so I decided to give one more try this morning before heading to COSTCO . Luckily, washer in your video is same as mine. In the process of diagnostics I saw bunch of error codes, then I thought this machine is gone and asking myself how many parts do I need to buy. Then I noticed your instruction was to press the SART button which cleared all the codes to F0 and E0. Thank you agin for your help.

And if you have it on spin mode but it never spins or agitates ?
I changed lid switch and actuator and recalibrated. Still no spin or agitation. Whats next? Belt? Capacitor? Motor?
Test to check fill and drain reveals theyre good. Agitator does not spin independant of tub. Lid doesnt lock either at anytime.

I ... as you can only fix what the codes tell you ... beyond that it is the technician call you must make... I hate making that call I just see my wallet ripping in half ... and the technician coming back multiple times to Easter egg your machine till you give up and buy a new one . This is my rule if the machine codes , I check them write them down... then reset machine till codes pop up ... then with those codes (matching) I buy parts that do not exceed $100.00 dollars or close to that ... if that does not fix it ... we hand wash till we can buy another machine ... I do not like money pits . We also in years learned to invest in a base home warranty like AHS . God Bless😇

I was wondering if you can help me find a way to get the water to start running on the washer I run Diagnostics and everything works fine and Diagnostics mode but as I try to do load the water won't fall please help the exact same washer you have in the video
