I swear this man has a microphone link to my phone and brain. I just bought zinc carnosine 12 hours ago and whenever I think of an issue or a supplement I wake up the next morning with a new dr Berg Video on that same topic. I’ll say I’m not complaining. At least it’s not social media adds haha!

*This is why **_authentic_** sourdough/leaven bread is superior to the typical industrial fast-ferment bread that modern man typically consumes!*
The phytic acid within grains needs time to "mature". And that is what the slow-paced sourdough fermentation process accomplishes. Authentic leavened bread will often be left overnight in fairly cool temperature to give the phytic acid time to absorb the minerals within the grain. This will not only prevent the phytic acid from demineralizing your body, but will actually make the minerals within the grain *available* to the body. In other words, fast-fermented bread will deplete your minerals, while *authentic* sourdough bread will *provide* minerals. Very important distinction!

Night blindness. Omg. I keep telling the optician this and for years no one believes me when I say I can't see much in the evenings until I wake up in the morning. This is an eye opener. I have been losing so much hair to the point that my scalp shows and the doctors say my bloods are fine. I'm taking Zinc to see if this improves!

I was having blood sugar issues. I would get all the symptoms of low blood sugar if i didnt consume carbs and 2 A1C fasting tests showed a "slight" issue. Dr told me i was crazy and refused to speak about it as the test showed it was not bad. I learned how to manage blood sugar and all the mechanisms of it from this channel. I had always been overweight my entire life, following his advice a few months i was symptom free and 60 lbs lighter

@@seattlesix It's not about that. In many of his videos, he uses "cup" as measurement. For example, 1 or 1/2 a cup of blueberries.
Outside of America, the world is using the metric system. When I now use Google to find out how much one American cup is, each result tells me something different, and it goes from like 120g up to 229g. That is a gigantic difference.

For any women watching - what’s so amazing about zinc is as dr berg says it increases testosterone in men, (but zinc knows what the body needs) so in women zinc can reduce testosterone and balance hormones! So if you’re like me and struggled with PCOS, hirsutism etc zinc can have an anti-androgen effect :)

When ppl said lack of taste and smell was a sign of c0vld, I knew it was a zinc deficiency. The body uses zinc to fight viruses. If you already have a subclinical deficiency, then fighting the illness will deplete you fast. We've all had colds/viruses growing up where we knew things didn't taste right "right now" because "I'm sick", but msm framed what we had already experienced during sicknesses as something new, and then used it as a fear tactic.
If more ppl understood what nutrients the body uses to fight illness, then they'd understand "long c0vld" too. It's just multiple deficiencies at once in those that don't properly nourish the body to begin with.
