- Sometimes it can be hard to know how to make real, lasting, positive change in our lives. Self-Realization Fellowship monk Brother Satyananda shares wisdom from Paramahansa Yogananda on how self-analysis develops awareness of the inner flow of thoughts and habit patterns that subconsciously govern our actions - and to a great extent determine the course of our lives. He explains that by regularly gazing into the mirror of introspection, we can begin to transcend limiting habits and attract all-round success.
