You left out a critical part of the equation... and maybe the most important part. There is a direct correlation between Zinc levels in men and prostate health. 80% of the Zinc in a mans body is stored in the prostate. Studies have shown that the lower a mans Zinc levels the worse his prostate health. Low levels of Zinc correlate to swollen prostate and more prostate problems in general. And extremely low levels of Zinc correlate to prostate cancer. The higher (more normal) a man's Zinc levels are... the better his prostate health. The secret to prostate health might not be more orgasms at all since the more of those you have the more you deplete your prostate of Zinc. And BTW... take your Zinc with food or you'll get nauseaous.
If you look at the rate of prostate cancer in men based on age and sexual activity there is direct correlation between ejaculation frequency and prostate cancer; and this makes perfect sense, if you allow semen and ejaculate to build up and die that “stuff” does not simply get reabsorbed by your body (like a doctor once told me) it sits there and dies and eventually turns into dead tissue where there should not be any. MEN,do your self a favor and make sure you are ejaculating regularly. Its not worth the risk.

Can definitely be helpful to get things checked before there is a significant problem. Part of why I educate men about pelvic floor therapy is because none of us are taught about the muscles we have in there and they can become tight or weak just like our shoulders or gluts and contribute to prostate issues, completely unrelated to cancer or other disease processes. If we address the tension or weakness, we can often avoid any further problems. Just like women shouldn't automatically have weight gain and hot flashes with aging, men shouldn't suffer with ED or urinary issues.

Women's reproductive systems are very complicated. Cycles, hormones, timing. Men's are simple. Men make sperm and need to move it along as more is being made today. Most men masturbate regularly even when married and most women do not. Sex is ALWAYS very important to men, at any age. It is not a top 3 need for most women. We are different. Always been that way. Any biological system that is allowed to deteriorate will negatively impact all other biological systems. Use it or watch it all go bad.
I was looking for a comment like this. People often avoid discussing real biological differences between men and women in an effort to promote good things like equal opportunity, and I understand that, but sometimes important truths can suffer. Also, individual circumstances can vary hugely. I'll probably never know the truth of the matter, but it appears that my wife suffered some kind of sexual abuse before we ever met, and it's left her mentally scarred. She just can't enjoy sex, never did. We managed to have kids and are now blessed with grandkids, and yet here we are beyond our procreation era and the marriage is sexless. It's a handicap and I cannot hold it against her anymore than I could hold a PTSD condition against a soldier, but my prostate health and general health are different matters. So I masturbate as I feel the need, no match for real intimacy but a lot better than nothing. My prostate is completely normal at age 79. My father had it badly enlarged. My maternal grandfather had it removed, and my mom's comment was "He lost his manhood." My father-in-law died of prostate cancer. The paternal grandpa didn't live long enough for his prostate to become an issue. My guess is that all of these men avoided masturbation out of two reasons: a Christian tradition whose moral code comes down from a time when procreation was to be maximized and where most men didn't actually live all that long (and of course, the Apostle Paul's End-Times belief); and a holdover from the Victorian era. So though the statistical bias isn't strong, masturbation can actually be a matter of life and death, but the much larger issue is continuing good mental and physical health.

You’ve got that backwards. The new covenant consists of the law being written in your heart and in your mind. Your belief says sin and be saved. That’s Satan’s biggest lie.
Give in to your basic animal nature and give it up from time to time. You'll be glad you did. Imagine if you created the Sahara desert. Would you actually be that concerned that one of the little microbes on one grain was having a spot of fun?
Looks like you have triggered a lot of people. PLEASE remember it is about ejaculating not sex. You are too focused on the sex part as if you don't support masturbation.
you are correct that ejaculation is the part that stimulates the prostate and masturbation will accomplish that. Definitely not against that but a vast majority of my clients are also looking to have healthier relationships and so I typically reserve those conversations for face to face.

Given this specific topic, I would recommend masturbation, possibly in the shower. I know this can bring up a lot of things for people related to our upbringing and messaging around masturbation and it is a very personal decision. What I typically discuss with clients is about knowing their own body and how valuable it can be to know what we enjoy and how things feel so when we are in a relationship, we will be able to connect and communicate better. I do not recommend utilizing porn or other stimuli as that can have a negative effect on personal relationships - again a very personal decision adn a ton of variables, far too many for this platform.
Information on prostate health and many other things are too siloed. Disease isn’t normal. Learn about your food.
nutrition plays a huge role! Very few people realize how closely linked digestion and pelvic floor issues are
A lot of these supplements work great but they have one ingredient that scares me Titanium Dioxide for color.
I wonder if my VA health insurance would cover expenses for this . . .
My POW vet neighbor would trade weed for sex. He was disabled, so very little chance of scoring the natural way. He had help getting weed for his PTSD, so you could say the help got him a hooker.
So Semen retention is bad for you , many sources say it's beneficial .
different benefits and risks - I am specifically discussing prostate health and I've never seen evidence that retention helps the prostate. Would love it if you can share resources. Always open to learning!

The Bindu Chakra (represented by the Moon) is the Eighth Chakra located at the back of the Head .
The Mantra is " AMRITAM " , which means " I am immortal " , Amritatvam .
When the Tongue is curled up and placed to the roof & back of the Mouth near the Nasal cavity , this captures a secretion that is transferred to the Throat Chakra where revitalizing energy is distributed around the Human body instead of being burnt in the Manipura Chakra .

I’ve been married for 42 years. I haven’t had sex for 10 years. My husband has ED. His pcp gave him Viagra but he won’t use it.
If he doesn't want to be on medication or is worried about the side effects, he might really love the ED Revolution using acoustic sound waves to treat ED. More info here www.momentoftruthpt.com/climax-revolution/ or can search for "Shockwave to treat ED near me" on google
Long term viagra use actually makes it worse. If it's a desire thing, BioGaia may help. It's a probiotic for gastro help. However, a side effect is sexual desire. Trust me on that. Dr William Davis said it would but I only bought it for gastro issues. Lo and behold, I am very noticeably friskier. The gut microbiome is very powerful as it affects mood and overall health. He doesn't have to know the particular side effect.

I'm single. Please advise.
Hi. This is my first time watching your videos so I'm new. I am single. But I have always wanted to have sexual intercourse with a woman. I cannot wait any longer. The problem is there's no girl or female that wants to talk nor is interested in getting to know me. Nothing. This makes me feel lonely and depressed, literally. Does this makes sense. I wanted to ask an experienced and wonderful person like you.
Thank you❤
That is definitely challenging. I think the best thing is to join activity groups of things you're interested in to meet people with similar hobbies
@MomentofTruthPhysicalTherapy Thank you for understanding and being on the same page. Trust me it's not fun. The problem is I'm always busy at work and doing other responsibilities. I barely talk to someone. People notice all the time and women and girls. But they notice me only not to approach and say a word to me at all. Nothing. I feel like I don't exist to anyone. But this is who I am. I don't know what else to do. Hopefully that made sense for an experience person like you.
👏👏👏👍
Yea sure…been married?
24 years!
I have had a lot of sex in my life and fully believe it is that that has led to my enlarged prostate.plus I am still active at 66 and my symptoms definitely worsen for a few days later until the next time.I think it must be due to the contraction of said prostate.any thoughts anyone?
Check your Zinc levels. Or just try taking it a few times per week and see if it helps.
See your Dr.
Who cares our thoughts? Ask a doctor not a random bro or channel owner on TH-cam. Lol shaking my head
You talk a lot and sad nothing 😢
@@mikesolns1364 I would trust a street bum's advice over the Medical Industrial Complex's.

There is no free help out there get a job and get medical or forget it
Lack of sex causes bitterness, resentment. and depression.
The title Christian Health Share explains a lot as a Christian myself. I don’t know of many ministries that preach that you Need sex or masturbation Ever , all will be well without it.
main stream medicine gibberish propaganda ..
So sad.
So do the opposite.
you are not a medical doctor. please don’t pretend to be one.
That's why her advice is useful, she is not a medical doctor.
This is not true - abstinence is the best for prostate health

The fact that Americans worry about having insurance that covers their health care needs is truly shocking….any civilised nation should provide health care for everyone free at the point of use!
That would include all prescription drugs?
@@mr.horrorchild4094 no, free for children and the elderly, subsidised for everyone else. A typical prescription in the UK costs roughly £9 or $11…. unless it’s for something rare and exotic.
@@mr.horrorchild4094 no, free for children and the elderly, subsidised for everyone else….typically around $10 per script unless for really specialised drugs.
Our globalist Gov is too busy saving the world.
Our heath care would be abysmal if that were the case.

Semin retention is way more better for you than ejaculations. Do your research. This lady is greatly uninformed
well I can spell semen so I have that going for me :) Not sure which benefits for retention you're referring to but I'm specifically referencing prostate health. There is limited anecdotal evidence that periods of retention can help with fertility or strength of orgasm but not known benefits for prostate health, which was the topic of this video. Cheers!
This lady does know what she's talking about. And so does urologist and pelvic surgeon Dr Rena Malik. By the way, what are your qualifications?
I don't like women telling men how to reduce prostate problems as well as men telling women to have or not have abortions. Stop doing this!
