My machine was washing a single item of clothing. In retrospect a bad decision. Now the machine does not even turn on. The lid is locked and the water did not even drain. Is there a fix? I have confirmed there’s power on the outlet.

I ran a self diagnostic and got a flashing code of 603 and 12. What does this mean?

The error message I am seeing is an LC, but the L has a horizontal line above the lowest horizontal line. It looks like a printed capital E without the top horizontal line. Help Me!!

My just says DR and doesnt drain
Thanks for reaching out! Regarding your issue, please note that 'DR' means that your washer has timed out, and is automatically draining water in the unit. This may happen because the unit is paused during the cycle, and is left idle for 8 minutes without resuming the cycle. It may also happen if the unit is powered on and left idle for 4 minutes without starting a cycle. If your washer says 'DR' and is not draining, it may require repairs. What does error PE : 2 MEAN ?
