All the complaints about how he did it... FFS... he's a framer, and he built it like a framer. Fast and efficient with framers tools. Is it the prettiest? No, I cringed a bit at the amount of nails and randomness of their placement... Was it quick and cheap? Yes, it was so quick! Is it how I would do it? No, I would use screws, lags, and bolt's and put them in symmetrically for aesthetics. However, it would take me 4 times as long. I don't think I could charge four times as much for my time and compete with him if we were selling in the same market. Because the truth is most people that buy stuff don't look too closely at how things are built unless they are builders and they don't give a damn that it took you four times as long. All an average consumer sees is a picnic table. I did however take away some helpful bits that I would adapt to batch out picnic tables more efficiently for myself. That was a simple effective jig and he knew exactly how long and what angles everything had to be. He get's an A+ for speed and efficiency.
Ya I agree with you. I wouldn't buy it but hey if it's for himself good job with that he's got. I do like the jig though will probably build one myself next time I need to build a picnic table.
So true but he did the way he wanted screws wouldn't come up and bite your butt and the kreg would be nice also I would of put the label/writing the other way but he did it the way he knows and the speed was amazing im more of a roofer and a decker
@@quik604silver6 🍻 cheers! from Bama! It's just a vid showing a table being built fast. The man could probably put mortise and tenon joints and whatever else on the thing if he was making that type of video
I've been a builder for many years and have seen quite a fair bit of sheds. The plans in ryan's package th-cam.com/users/postUgkxB7IXYxLzb_Ichhe45zM3Im5xfEiSp9vB have some of the nicest looking sheds i've seen in a while.
I have no idea why it is so entertaining to watch you build a picnic table in 15 mins. Did anyone else want him to turn the one top board with a knot in it 180 so it would get cut out? Yes on the jig video!
You dont have to do carpentry for very long to do something like this. You'd be surprised at how easy it is. I dont frame, i did form carpentry. Its not that hard. Most of the time we dont give ourselves enough credit, that we lack the skills. Its not true, dont ever let anyone tell you that. Always tell yourself and other's. I am capable.
unleashed rider, cowboy didn't say no-one else can do it. He was giving CrazyFramer a compliment. Sometimes we have to let compliments be compliments. I agree with you though that we don't give ourselves enough credit. Thats why i try to do most things for myself first. That teaches me the work effort and ill have a little more knowledge for when i hire someone to do it for me. It doesn't make me an expert, but i really enjoy those experiences
Thank you for showing this. I think its a nice sturdy table. If someone were to throw in about 2 hours of work with some of that putty for closing up holes and some paint no one would ever consider how it was build. I happen to like when you can see how something went together so I quite like it as it is actually. Great video. TY.
Nice work. No messing, no fuss, and very impressive saw skills. Coat of paint or stain and it will be a great addition to any garden. Cheers now get back to the roof :)
Nice picnic table . Just add some bolts for the cross pieces and you're all set . You didn't give the angle of the 2 cross pieces . Video of building the jig would be great . You make great videos . Thanks
cool video dude. keep it up. love your content. gonna have to build a table now. been wanting to do it for a while and you just gave me all the measurements. thanks!!
Thanks for the fun video ! I did metal stud framing for years and I liked the quick build too It wasn't supposed to be fine furniture piece but it's a really fast picnic table and it was fun to watch. All jigs and fixtures are interesting especially when they work !!!!!!
Very cool and quick.. I built one a couple years ago and It a whole lot longer for my build. But your the pro. I wish I had used a jig for the legs. Please show how you made your jig.
Or send that one in for service. Most likely some schmoo got into the safety switch and that is why it will not allways fire right away. Those are hard to kill.
Those paslodes have to charge up before you can shoot them. It’s part of their design. Useful if you don’t want or need a compressor but can be limiting in other aspects
Nice video CF...but that doesn't deserve a beer. Your snow storm, high wall walking, stair winder, gun freezing days deserve a beer. This is more like water or maybe a juice box.
His name is Alan Bester...He said that what really keeps him going are those stadium snacks! He said that he loves those soft pretzels with cheese!! Go Alan!!!

How long are those nails??
One of his nails holds 200lbs so go lag yourself while he’s drinking beer at his table

Yes when he reached towards it I thought oh good he's going to turn it but nope just left it.
Crazy how Crazy Framer makes this sh** so freaking easy. He's got so much skill, the blueprints are in his head and flows so natural.

I would like to see how the jig was built and thank you for this, I want more of this style of wood working
B T I have watched others, and they are good crazy framer is just as good and also entertaining love his videos
@B T wow... look at you tough guy. You deserve a rais in your job.
@B T thats good... now relax, and be glad you have a stable job and not in the streets.
@B T you need a hug. very angry boy.
@B T Big Turd
I think what I like most is there is no wasted movement. It's like you are thinking two or three steps ahead and just motoring through.
Great video 👍🏽
I would also like to see the jig being made
I admire how positive you’re with the haters.
I
built my first picnic table from this video. Much thanks from california.
Great job, carpentry made simple. Your video was a big help.
Way better than I could do. Very quick and easy. I like it! More videos like this please.
Thank you for showing this.

Great video. TY.
Great job, no safety harness needed today. Keep up the great videos.
That bench is so solid, you can create a fine framer on that brother. 👍
When is ur next framing video? And yea how did u build that jig?
Nice work. No messing, no fuss, and very impressive saw skills. Coat of paint or stain and it will be a great addition to any garden. Cheers now get back to the roof :)
Doesn't need to be pretty if it works and it's cheap. Well done.
Those carpenter pencils are great for spacers :)
Nice 👍 I’m making a child’s picnic table, 4 tables... Painted all my wood, 2 white, 2 light gray. Making all my cuts and going to put it together
I LOVE the picnic table!! 🙋♀️💕
Next time when you do such a small project, try doing it on top of a roof. CrazyFramer’s unique style ;)
Jig video! This one of the smartest picnic table builds I've ever seen!😎😎😎👍👍
nice job! i really enjoyed that. nice to see you back! thank you
I have to say, I’m honestly impressed that he used jig. Being a framer and all. Good job, it’s a nice piece
Nice picnic table . Just add some bolts for the cross pieces and you're all set . You didn't give the angle of the 2 cross pieces . Video of building the jig would be great . You make great videos . Thanks
Please do a video on making the jig !
Awesome video! Would love to see how you built the jigs!
cool video dude. keep it up. love your content. gonna have to build a table now. been wanting to do it for a while and you just gave me all the measurements. thanks!!
I wondered what you did in your spare time when you weren't framing houses! Nice job! #TCF
Nice 👍🏽
Can I see a pic of a cold beer on your new picnic table? Maybe with some delicious food.
this is a pro at work. very nice
Thanks for sharing. Love to see the jig
Useful, basic build. Appreciate the video.
I love your videos, simple and complicated, there’s soemthing for everyone who wants to work with wood
Hello Cr Fr. The table looks great. Would like to see a video on the jig. Hope your enjoying your summer. Also, enjoy the day. Ray L
Wow your quick at working wow it looks fantastic.
Thanks for the fun video ! I did metal stud framing for years and I liked the quick build too It wasn't supposed to be fine furniture piece but it's a really fast picnic table and it was fun to watch. All jigs and fixtures are interesting especially when they work !!!!!!
Great video! Love these kinds. I would like to see about the jig used.
Cool video, excellent info! Would like to see more projects like this. Thanks CF
We will be looking for one on the next build. Break/Lunch table. 👍
hey nice to see you're doing good.. summer has come and gone quick.
Super impressed! Good Job Mr. Framer Guy :)
That looked easy! Thanks Bro! Great Job!
Nuthn like having a Cold Beer on a Freshly Made pinic table... haha Goot one 👍
Awesome video CF. Please post a video of how you made the jig. Thanks
I would like to see how the jig was built and Thank You
Loved watching you build the picnic table it looks great!! Thank you love all your videos 🙋♀️❤️😊
Have your beer, while sitting at your new picknick table!! 😃👍🍺
Good morning, Crazy!
Some basic information such as how to follow a line with the circular saw and what kind of nails you used would be great. You are a great teacher!
Very cool and quick.. I built one a couple years ago and It a whole lot longer for my build. But your the pro. I wish I had used a jig for the legs. Please show how you made your jig.
Don't forget to put another support under the bench parts so your drunk friends don't break the seats.
Wow, an ikea project done right for once
Thanks crazy!! I’m building one this weekend👍👍
I’d like to know about the jig
The traveling framer crews at our sites are definitely crazy.
Awesome video. Will use this in the future for sure!
The fastest picnic table build I've ever seen. Please send me a link for how to make a jig. Thanks
Nice. I think I would have used PT for the legs where they are in contact with the ground.
Yes, please give details on a jig. Thanks. Nice table btw.
Sweet vid bro 🔨🔨🔨🔨
someone send this guy some new framing guns
prefably the new airbow framing gun shit if he does well with those tools imagine how much more will get done
Jimmy Paraha I’m unfamiliar with an airbow. I’ll look it up but is it a similar compressor-less system?
We almost have the same name
Nice!! but also add a spacer block to the bottom of the seats to prevent getting a butt pinch from the crack.
I would like to see the way you made the jig. Thanks awesome video.
I would have been drink the beer whe I was doing it, great job!!
I like the plan but could you have used a few more nails?
25# box ran out! He's like me, if one's good, 10's better
That's what I'm talkin about. Next video idea...Crazy Framers "Tricks of the trade"
How did you build the THINGAMUHJIG??
how about a 'Park' style bench (great for sitting in the garden drinking beer on) next. great job there, looks deceptively simple when you do it
I’ll put it on the list. Thanks for the suggestion.
I would like to see how you built the jig.
Would you like to see you share your measurements.
Nice job.
Nice video CF...but that doesn't deserve a beer. Your snow storm, high wall walking, stair winder, gun freezing days deserve a beer. This is more like water or maybe a juice box.
Wow excellent work
Do you have a Patreon just for nails?
How did u make that jig. I would like to build a bench in my yard. You make it look so easy
His name is Alan Bester...He said that what really keeps him going are those stadium snacks! He said that he loves those soft pretzels with cheese!! Go Alan!!!
Yes definitely show us how to make the jig 🙏🏻
good job Sr.!!
I'd like to see the video on making your jig. Thank you.
Wow... great video
Great video! 👍🏼
You build much faster than April but she has you beat on looks. :-)
Awesome! You could well make some bucks in your spare time! Thanks for sharing!
Yeah, using left-overs and scraps from a house build that might go to a landfill.
Picnic tables are $100 around here from HD and Lowe's, and that is with PT. No way that could be profitable for him to do
Quick and effective! Good video....I don’t care about the stupid comments and neither should you 👍🏻
That table will be covered in empties in no time! Yeah let's see The Jig
Like the vid!!! How did you build the jig?
I want the plans please. You done great explaining everything
That looked to easy for you bro haha I need to build me one ASAP!!!
Great job 👍
Does it get boring to be so good 😉😉 Yeah I would like to see the jig been made, thanks.
Those legs will rot out in a year. You have to use pressure-treated lumber. Screws and glue is the way to make a picnic table (or anything).
Nice. More videos like that one.
I would like to know how you built the jig...thank you!
nicely done, video for the jig set up?
Jig video would be good... Thanks.
Bad ass nice work
i just learned alot in a short amount of time not bad
Great video. Show us how to make the jig!
Can you please do a video on building a deck solo
he did one actually but not a new one resurface it
cool table okay how was the jig built. thanks
I would like to know how that jig is made that’s awesome in great detail ... new subscriber
