There is another issue with the earth track. Where it is only held down by a bit of melted plastic, joining the tracks. Your fix will not fix this. You can also just go back to the original earth on the body side/wiring loom.

@@NicholasReay it suited me down to the ground/earth. Fixed one side, made a spare cable in advance of the other failing. Which it has since done so. I think sometimes folk forget that uploaders are taking time out to help people for free. Then get criticism as if it's a trustpilot review of a paid service. Lol. The chaps only trying to help
