It makes me appreciate how good you actually are at what you do when you see the shoddy work of others. You've really raised the bar for these repairs man, premium workmanship!
Rocket Boss here, I agree. Joey has improved massively in the last year and watching the content he creates for us really highlights the progress he has made!
For high-speed connection lines they try to keep the traces with the same length to avoid timing issues. This is why we see some wiggly traces. If one trace is much shorter or longer that the other, the sign will arraive soon on the short ones.
Love you and your work its truly fantastic art. The repair and diagnosis will never be easy and i think thats what is making it so entertaining once again i say thankyou ❤😊
Am of the opinions that u should have drop the hdmi port while the hole are still on the board it would make the job easier and then use solder led and fill up the legs ....nice professionally done repair well done
Everyone has their own method, with the XBox it is easy to solder the ground pins first and then solder the connector pins. with PS5 if you dont want to deal witht the cap then the drop method works really well.
Я не понимаю одного-почему в очищенное место не установить разъем HDMI и лишь затем припаять гнездо? Это проще, это быстрее и это не надо перегревать лишний раз печатную плату. Буквально у всех как под копирку
I have not watched the video yet but wanted to say that the aspect ratio is slightly out on the thumbnail graphic which makes your forehead look dramatically disproportionate. You are welcome......

In my country we have a saying that is, give the guitar to the guy that knows how to play it... Good job
Can't get anymore professional than that, great job
A real nice one. I like the attention that you put into details.
Thank you very much!
For these HDMI data lines it's also important they have the same length, hence the strange curves in some of the lines.

The person was trying to watch terrestrial TV with the Xbox, hence he put in a long wire which serves as an antenna.
The thumbnail worked, Joey! lol 👍

You look like something from the cast of coneheads on the thumbnail for this one! 😁

His brain is swelling with all his knowledge!!!

Why don't you Tin the wire before putting it on the board?
Jeeze, those wires are waaayyyy to long, the data loss alone..
How can they mess up so bad like that?
Good Work
Thank you! Cheers!
