    Having the 6 speed automatic is a very good thing. That is a proven and very reliable transmission.

    • @kristians2704
      @kristians2704 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      6 speeds is way to little in 2020. Reliability doesn’t really matter on a new car since most people won’t keep them long term.

    • @junehhan
      @junehhan 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I would say that 6 speeds is actually perfect. Many of these newer 8-10 speeds are way too busy and are constantly shifting gears no matter what. The top gears are often not even usable as even the slightest incline causes the transmission to shift right back out over and over again.

    We went to Stuttgart, Lexus and tested the UX... but there space in the rear seats were really tight, so we moved to the NX300h parked beside.
    Woooow, much better and you can decline the rear seats to 3 deferent positions. Not as much as the VW touran, but at least some positions backwards, if somebody want to sleep or take nap.
    Seats are very confortable.
    Booth space is okey, still good.
    The pad for the info entertainment is awesome, people should give a try really before commenting
    Is also very easy to use, police won’t check you are distracted touching a front screen, which is lot to far in the front, but is of course for better view.
    I like the buttons, much easy to operate than navigate in iPad.

    We got one of these for my wife but a used 2016 F Sport. Screen is smaller a few things aren't as updated but overall same vehicle. Overall I really love the build quality. The interior is gorgeous (mine has the red seats and stiching) and is a nice place to be in. Wish it had a little more power or a little better fuel economy. The vehicle is smaller overall and definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone as their primary vehicle but as a secondary vehicle to a pickup it's great. However, I personally don't think it is worth $50,000 at all. We bought ours used for $30K with 24,000 miles. At that price it's a great vehicle but no way when I'm in it does it feel like $50K.

    How many more decades is Toyota going stick with that stupid ugly Predator face front end on their vehicles? They should just come out with a a Predator or Cylon edition.

    For the sake of your viewers, please turn it around and shoot the view from the back. Good god the front is ugly. Better yet put a car cover on the entire mess.

    The fall of the Japanese car makers will be the big story over the next few years.. especially Toyota/Lexus and Nissan which have nowhere to go but down. They couldn't catch up to Europeans and are getting squeezed by Koreans on value. Mazda has some interesting technology and potential but better pay more attention to exterior design, which is getting ridiculously cheesy, just as Toyota/Lexus and Nissan. Honda and Subaru are still OK.

      Not sure I agree with you here. It really depends on your location. Brands like Lexus and Nissan aren’t very popular in say Europe but here in the US they get along fairly well.

      @@ancarwillis9060 I live in Canada, where Toyota and Lexus are very popular, but even here they will have a big problem in 3-4 years. They are getting rid of stock right now by offering great lease deals on 2020 models, about 20% lower than similarly priced european/american cars. They do this by inflating residual values. but who will pay $30k for a used car with no navigation or touch screen, with mouse pad for media control etc...? They are technologically behind even today, but in four years time they will be taking a big loss trying to sell these clunkers and some of the allure of good resale value will come off and it's the main reason they built their reputation.

      @@CarsofGlasgow Where would they sell in Europe.. they're horrible really and subject to more taxes. I actually saw a European review of the RX350, their flagship SUV which was not positive at all and I agreed with it. In Asia, perhaps, they have no taste.

      @@trespasser121 Well I live in the UK and most models are hybrid which helps company car buyers. Our tax is based on CO2 emissions so we cant be driving around in big gas guzzlers

    Looks like a Japanese tank from the front and the hunchback of Notre Dame from the side.. not good. In fact downright horrible, but maybe some old lady will think of it as cutting edge.
