Zariman bounties give a lot of endo as well. Going for a tier 4/5 bounty can get you a reward of 3000/4000 endo. If you can get a quick mission like exterminate you can get a lot pretty quickly. Tier 3 bounty has 2000 endo as its most common reward, so tier 3 exterminates can be extremely helpful.
Fast travel in hubs exists making size irrelevant. Another small mention is getting into a railjack mission so long as you are MR3 and have an archwing. Most can be speed run and the parts can be sold off for endo. Given the amounts your describing by doing open world bounties this would equal or even surpass. You don't need a railjack yourself simply join others. Something to consider.
Listen... if youre new to warframe and you need endo, just play the game. every single bit of content gives a constant stream of endo, or mods that can be melted down into endo. straight up don't worry about it, go farm frames and weapons you like instead of fixating on a single resource. youll have more fun.
Personally I think just doing the normal quests in the Murmur content gives the best Endo. Just go in play the misison, extend it if you want if your playing Defense or w.e other mission and leave. Not sure why but it just feels like I get SOO much more endo from here than anywhere else at a faster rate.
During certain rotations, there’s a bounty on Deimos that has a fairly high chance of giving 1k endo. Me and 3 randoms were doing them back to back and I farmed a decent amount. I am a new player tho so I cannot tell you which bounty during which rotation it is 😂
