What did the wife leave? Because it's really just part of growing up and evolving to move out ouf your family's house and a make a life for yourself. It's not some big sacrifice. I'm not trying to argue who should come first but I'm trying to point out that doesn't really make sense.

@@FieldMarshalRommel23 Who is Allah? He is Allah, the One and Only; Allah, the Eternal, Absolute; He begets not, nor was He begotten; And there is none like unto Him. (Quran 112) What is Islam? Islam simply means submission to one and only Allah, the creator, the sustainer, the most merciful, the lord of the heaven and the earth. Followers of Islam called Muslim. Allah sent many prophets and messenger (approximately 124000, but only 25 of them mentioned in the Quran) throughout the human history to guide people to submit to one God (Allah). Adam was his first human creation, first human being and first prophet of Allah. We are the children of Adam and Hawa(Eve). Actually, Muslims believe in prophethood, they came one after another. Some of them are, Adam-Adam, Noah-Nuh, Abraham-Ibraheem, Ishmael-Ismael, Issac-Ishaq, Jacob-Yakub, Moses-Musa, David-Dawood, Solomon-Suleiman, Jesus-Isa and Muhammad. Allah also send revelation(scriptures) to his messengers. Such as, Moses (Musa) got Torah/Taorat David (Dawood) got Psalms/Zabur Jesus (Isa) got Gospels/Injeel Muhammad got Quran. Prophets and Messengers of Allah came to earth for a specific time to guide specific people. For example, After Moses(Musa), Jesus(Isa) came to guide people of Israel(Jews). After Jesus(Isa), Muhammad came to guide the whole mankind not only for Arabs or Asians. He is known as the last and final prophet of Allah. So, today we need to follow teachings of prophet Muhammad.
Allah Allmighty gave miracles to Prophets. Some of the famous one are, Noah's Ark, Moses's Splitting the Sea, Jesus's miraculous birth, Muhammad's Journey to Heaven. All the prophets, came to guide people to worship one lord, Allah. And Islam means submission to the will of Allah. So, all the prophets preached the religion of "Islam" and they all were Muslim. 'Islam' (submission to one lord) is not a new religion, it began with prophet Adam. It is the religion of Adam, Abraham, Moses, Jesus & Muhammad. (Peace be upon them)

Exactly: BOTH COME FIRST. Every relationship has its own place and all are equal. Your duty to your parents, spouse, kids and siblings is always your duty and you can't ignore one duty for the sake of others. Ignoring duty to parents for sake of your spouse is wrong and vice versa. You must be JUST in all relations, whether a man or woman, husband or wife.
It’s true but mother transitions from being closest to you when you are a child to second closest when you are a man. Wife takes that role, like you are not going to spend every day with your mom anymore, you will do with your wife. It is the relationship which you will nurture the most. Even kids will grow up and also move on. At the end you are left with your spouse only.
No wife is everything the truth that to be expecting in more positive way rest of your son's life with his wife is greater than from the days since he born to you. Wife can be a good mom for his husband and his children too than his mom but no mom can be a wife.
Wonderful and beautiful explanation. Justice come first. As wife, respect MIL and be kind to her. Spread love and respect … May Allah guide and bless all of us..

Alhamdullilh And be thankful to Allah the HE and only HE brought them together for what HE wanted. Alhamdullilah I say this because many mother in laws "want" children, and that may not be what Allah wants. And so on.....Alhamdullilah May Allah give us all understanding and accept who Allah brings into their children's lives. Amin
JH “the best of you are those who are best to their spouse” (not mother). We can play this game all day. Just accept your wife has rights and move on...
@JH Quran 29:8 And We have enjoined upon man goodness to parents. But if they endeavor to make you associate with Me that of which you have no knowledge, do not obey them. To Me is your return, and I will inform you about what you used to do. Quran 31:14-15 ..And We have enjoined upon man [care] for his parents. His mother carried him, [increasing her] in weakness upon weakness, and his weaning is in two years. Be grateful to Me and to your parents; to Me is the [final] destination. But if they endeavor to make you associate with Me that of which you have no knowledge, do not obey them but accompany them in [this] world with appropriate kindness and follow the way of those who turn back to Me [in repentance]. Then to Me will be your return, and I will inform you about what you used to do. I do pray that if you have a daughter or a sister that their husbands only have the heart and mind of following Allah's unchanging words. And will not become like many women who are oppressed by their spouse and their spouses family. Because they view the wife as less than human, even less than a slave. Adhubillah And we ALL must remember, we are ALL the slaves of Allah. Alhamdullilah We are ALL to be treated with respect, no matter who we are in the family. Alhamdullilah And don't worry, Allah has GIVEN everyone their rights, so there is no need to be greedy or oppressive. InshaAllah
@JH I would suggest that you read Surah 7,8,9, and 47 to get a clear understanding. InshaAllah Surah 4:75..And what is wrong with you that you fight not in the Cause of Allah, and for those weak, ill-treated and oppressed among men, women, and children, whose cry is: "Our Lord! Rescue us from this town whose people are oppressors; and raise for us from You one who will protect, and raise for us from You one who will help." Allah's words ALWAYS come first, they are unchanging. Alhamdullilah And Allah even warns the Prophet (saw) about those Prophet (as) before him (saw) who Shaytan put in words and took out words, And Allah left them in order to test the believers. Alhamdullilah There is NO "playing" victim when women and children are being beaten and raped and preyed upon. 4:148..Allah does not love the loud (expression) of odious words except for him who has been done an injustice, and Allah has been Ever-Hearing, Ever-Knowing. It is the man's responsibility to protect women and children and not beat them and "use" them. Adhubillah And not just their close family members, but the women of this Ummah. InshaAllah So instead of condemning a believer, a male especially, should think twice before uttering a word against Allah's words. If the words do not line up with the UNCHANGING words of Allah then they are not sahih. Allah says, Both believing men and women will enter Jannah. Alhamdullilah He never put a number on either sex. Alhamdullilah That is HIS decision, not ours. And from the standpoint of this Ummah today, it looks like the men have failed in their duties and obligations to Allah. Adhubillah But if one were to take in account that for every male they will have two wives in Jannah then I would say just out of reasonable logic that there will be more women then men. Allahu alam. It was narrated from Abu Sa’eed al-Khudri that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “The lowest of the people of Paradise in status will be a man whose face Allaah will turn away from the Fire towards Paradise, and make a shady tree appear before him. … Then he will enter his house and his two wives from among al-hoor al-‘iyn will enter after him. They will say: ‘Praise be to Allah Who has created you for us and us for you.’ And he will say: ‘No one has been given the like of that which I have been given.’” Narrated by Muslim, 188. And the point is, it does not matter in the next life how many men or women will be there. Those who succeed won't care. Alhamdullilah What matters is what Allah commands and how we follow HIS commands, both men and women so that we can get there InshaAllah . Allah states, And I will fill hell with both Jinn and mankind. All but a few. Alhamdullilah Not my words, but Allah's (swt) And Shaytan says that he will mislead all but a few. Adhubillah May Allah guide us to the straight path. Amin
I actually haven’t ever met a man that thinks like this in my whole life😂 thank you Mufti Menk for your educated kind words. Sadly some men will always have an argument towards this, and sadly a large percentage will probably disagree. Hence why I’m probably just going to stay with my mother and look after her and my father more if my husband is like that. Because their argument will always be that mothers are much more first and only mothers. Therefore my mother will be first :) and I will leave him for my parents. Does that sound bad?

This is not a deadly question only to those that are put in a position where the wife or mother makes you decide.. mother should be happy you found someone you love and not to mix into the relationship as husband and wife and Wife should respect the mother.. but the moms become very judgmental from the beginning if the wife is good enough for her son ..
Thanks for this video ...wish my husband could understand ...that even Allah created a relationship of husband Nd wife first when he created Adam And Ewe ...man still keeps his mother first even if she's wrong...
There is this quote (I can't recall who from) about juggling between two responsibilities. The key is to recognize, when you are juggling, that some balls are made of glass and will break if they are dropped, while some are made of plastic so it's okay to drop them since they will just bounce back up. Sometimes you have to let go of the plastic ball in order to catch the glass ball. Sound advice, I think, since its never all or nothing; it's choosing which things are important at that moment.
Ya that's true treat ur daughter in law same way u wanted ur daughter to be treated, parents don't sell their daughters, they gv responsiblity to her husband with lots of hope 🙏b kind to other humans specially to womens.
My mother in law always caused trouble between me and my husband and cause of it we had many arguments once we argued she came up to me and said no one is greater than mom and dad then the wife. He finally realised his mother’s behaviour and the way she treats me. One day she did something wrong towards my son and when my husband heard what was happening cause we were arguing loud. My husband came and told us both to be quiet and cause he sided me she has stopped talking to her son.
Yasir Ali omg are you serious clearly you will always side the wrong my husband has always sided his mom but when he realised that she’s doing wrong to me and my son he stopped and he tries to talk to her that’s something I would never stop him from doing but she chooses not to talk to him. I’ve tolerated so much with this woman in the month of Ramadan when my husband would be at work it would be time to open the fast she set the table for her other son and daughter-in-law who doesn’t even fast for the 3 of them and wouldn’t even offer me a glass of water imagine how that makes you feel I took all that and still when it came to eid wished her hugged her and the very next day she’s got a face on making comments towards me. Enough is enough I’m someone’s daughter I don’t deserve to be treated that way she wants her daughter to be treated like a princess at her in laws but treats me like dirt.

"Justice comes first" ~ Mufti. I will hold this close to my heart up to the day I will marry.
@JH if dats
@JH if that is the case go and marry your mother and be a good company to her...nonsense!!!
Ur mother deserve ur good company doesn't mean u hv to be injust to ur wife or any body else fr dat matter. Ther is one more hadith 'the best amongest you is the one who is best to ur wife' , dnt frgt dat. Ther r certain situations wher justice has no role in those situations parents (for men) should be given the preference.
@JH There are many Hadees about being good to your family n Wife! Why are you comparing it! It is just like someone remembers the Hadees he/she likes n forget all others which he/she don't like! Your mother n your wife are both important n have different but equally important place in your life ! Don't compare
@JH Don't you remember your wife is mother of your children! Your children will love you for respecting her! Your wife is Jannah of your children! You are ignoring it

Who is Allah?
He is Allah, the One and Only;
Allah, the Eternal, Absolute;
He begets not, nor was He begotten;
And there is none like unto Him.
(Quran 112)
What is Islam?
Islam simply means submission to one and only Allah, the creator, the sustainer, the most merciful, the lord of the heaven and the earth. Followers of Islam called Muslim.
Allah sent many prophets and messenger (approximately 124000, but only 25 of them mentioned in the Quran) throughout the human history to guide people to submit to one God (Allah).
Adam was his first human creation, first human being and first prophet of Allah. We are the children of Adam and Hawa(Eve). Actually, Muslims believe in prophethood, they came one after another. Some of them are,
Adam-Adam, Noah-Nuh, Abraham-Ibraheem,
Ishmael-Ismael,
Issac-Ishaq, Jacob-Yakub,
Moses-Musa, David-Dawood,
Solomon-Suleiman, Jesus-Isa and Muhammad.
Allah also send revelation(scriptures) to his messengers. Such as,
Moses (Musa) got Torah/Taorat
David (Dawood) got Psalms/Zabur
Jesus (Isa) got Gospels/Injeel
Muhammad got Quran.

@ruheena Shah What do you mean you will not be accompanying your mother in jannah? insha'Allah we will be with all our loved ones in jannah not just with our wives.
@@happyguy201. Happy guy, simple and common sense, as a mother do not have one child, she might have several children, so if your brother and sister are all in jannah and who will she be with. Then your mother and her mother will have their mothers with them in jannah and the chain will go on and on and on and then there will be only one room in jannah over crowded until we all eventually be with our original father Adam and mother Hawwa. I admire you beyond words ...you actually give the correct interpretation of islam
I am a Christian but I truly value this advice. Thank you 🙏
Islam has solutions to all mankind problems.
Exactly well said
It’s true but mother transitions from being closest to you when you are a child to second closest when you are a man.
I am extremely happy to be a Muslim by born. May Allah bring more people into Islam.

Hello, Do You mind if I share a brief overview of Islam?
A mother should be thankful that Allah gave her son a Muslima who will love him not in the ways she loves him but in ways she can not. Amin
@JH you probably skipped this part of the video. 1:35
JH 1:35
Alhamdullilah
There is NO "playing" victim when women and children are being beaten and raped and preyed upon.
InshaAllah
So instead of condemning a believer, a male especially, should think twice before uttering a word against Allah's words.
Adhubillah
But if one were to take in account that for every male they will have two wives in Jannah then I would say just out of reasonable logic that there will be more women then men.
Alhamdullilah
What matters is what Allah commands and how we follow HIS commands, both men and women so that we can get there InshaAllah . Allah states, And I will fill hell with both Jinn and mankind. All but a few. Alhamdullilah Not my words, but Allah's (swt) And Shaytan says that he will mislead all but a few. Adhubillah
May Allah guide us to the straight path.

Mufti menk: justice comes first!
Amazing fact : Someone liked my comment
This is not a deadly question only to those that are put in a position where the wife or mother makes you decide.. mother should be happy you found someone you love and not to mix into the relationship as husband and wife and Wife should respect the mother.. but the moms become very judgmental from the beginning if the wife is good enough for her son ..

Depends on the situation. It could be either or.
Ya that's true treat ur daughter in law same way u wanted ur daughter to be treated, parents don't sell their daughters, they gv responsiblity to her husband with lots of hope 🙏b kind to other humans specially to womens.
Beautiful "justice comes first"

I love you Sheik, you are an honest man who speaks from the heart,
may Allah bless you your family and your loved ones.
Askam o alaikam.
I'm from Pakistan and my wife is from Algeria, we had love marriage however. She is in Pakistan now, apart from all the matters of she is far from home and different culture and more like that. We have 2 kids. We have many differences between us.
I know i can trust her about relation but sometimes she speaks like knives. She asked me many times to divorce her but allah gave me patience.
I always try to stand and help my wife but she always abuse my family n parents that they speak against her or they are planning against her.
