Bodies are all really different and when they start experiencing some of the changes of puberty varies widely too! So no worries. You didn't mention how old you are, but in any case you should know that your voice will eventually get deeper. As for your girl issue, I found it impossible to get the person I had a crush on off of my mind. Your body ids going through a time where your hormones literally overpower your brain. If I remember a lesson I had in 6th grade correctly, it is impossible to ignore the overwhelming feeling of liking someone when you're early in the cycle. As for masturbating, its all fun and all, and it helps control your hormones more than any other activity. Masturbation will help your obsession die down, but only temporarily.
