CAN I MOUNT FLATEE ON ANY CAR?
Yes, Flatee fits wherever you can position the control signs in terms of area. There are few exceptions where flatee or a licence plate does not fit. In some cases the front bumper is designed in such a way that it requires a holder for licence plates. For car enthusiasts and design freaks it is worthwhile to make a carrier plate out of metal or plastic. Flatee can then be attached to it.
HOW CAN I REMOVE FLATEE?
Flatee holds, with proper assembly, “almost” bomb-proof. To remove Flatee again, it is recommended, with a hair dryer. To warm the F Hook glue at the car (Attention: Do not overheat. Burns could occur on the car paint.)
Then flatee can be easily loosened at the corners. Flatee can be removed by pulling continuously (possibly with a lot of effort). Residues from the special adhesive can be removed with thinner. (Attention: Thinner should not be used on unpainted plastics. Thinner attacks plastic. Special adhesive removers, methylated spirits or pure alcohol are possible alternatives.)
DOES FLATEE LAST IN THE CAR WASH?
Yeah, Flatee’s stopping at the car wash, too. Prerequisite: Flatee must be correctly installed! Alcohol-containing cleaning agents (degreasing) must be used to clean the surfaces to be covered. The number plate must also be pressed on correctly so that the hook & loop grip correctly.
IS FLATEE TEMPERATURE RESISTANT?
Yes, the specially developed adhesive is temperature, weather, UV, water, soap and washing resistant. Flatee is tested for temperatures from -30°C to 95°C. Don’t worry - Flatee is more durable than any plastic frame. (Plastic frames are usually fastened with screws, which rust quickly. Also often too thin simple sheet metal screws are used, which heavily influence the safety of a plastic frame.)

Can you describe the product? Is it Velcro glued with “special” glue to the car?
And when you need to change plates how it was? Easy to take it off? I am looking for something similar but I think that if you change plates you need to buy another “Velcro” to put in the new one!
There’s people using magnetic ones but I don’t trust on the magnetic ones…

IMHO , it will fall off after some time with different weather conditions even though at first it looks quite solid.
But the video with a detailed manual is great.
Adam I will check it from time to time but the glue they use it is very solid and I have some feedback from people that have it for more then 1 year so ....if it fell down I will probably but another ...

Probably you mean a regular hook and loop from DIY-store? Then you could potentially right. We developed Flatee for this particular purpose. The heat resistent glue is based on high quality synthetic resin especially for car lacquer. Temperature resistent from -30° up to 95°.
So it's just Hook and loop? Those plates would be stolen so fast here. Much better just using some high strength double sided foam tape like 3M VHB.
Daniel people can stole the plate very easy anyway .....with the plastic holders is the same story.
