Wow!!! Thank you! I’m guilty of all of those negatives…I’ve always eaten fast (if you didn’t in a large family, you didn’t get seconds 😂)…which means I don’t slowly chew my food before swallowing it, and three, I live alone so I eat while seated in my recliner so my posture sucks!!! No wonder I have acid reflux! You’d think at 79, I would know all of this…
I have a hiatal hernia that is the cause of my reflux. Over time, this caused a condition called Barrett’s. I’ve e had the Barrett’s repaired through radio frequency ablation. This dietician is correct. It’s not so much what you eat but how much and how you eat. Eat small bites and small portions. Chew, chew, chew. Maintain posture. Don’t use mouth washes, they destroy the digestive bacteria in your mouth. My only options now are having the hiatal hernia repaired or stay on acid blockers. The surgery is very radical and can result in major loss of muscle mass because of weeks of liquid diet and no working out. Because I take an acid blocker each morning, my doc checks my nutrient levels every six months to be sure the med doesn’t interfere with nutrient absorption. Balance your macros, stay off sugar, prioritize protein over carbs but don’t cut carbs.
I had GERD and acid reflux for 6 months. Dr.s wanted to put me on meds. I detest medication so I did my own research. The one thing that came up over and over was fiber intake. I started to eat chickpeas or quinoa on a daily basis and within a week I was cured. I now can have coffee, chocolate, tomatoes, peppers etc. anything I want. I just eat something high in fiber every day. I too am a fast eater. I don't have the patience to sit still that long. I still eat fast.
I'm sorry but I can't make out what she is saying. No only do I have reflux but tinitus too. This girl has a very squeaky, young voice, not her fault, but she speaks at a pitch I cannot hear.
I have always been a fast eater, I even said how grateful I am that my husband is also, so he won't think I am binger. I just want to eat and get on with things. It is going to be hard to train myself to eat differently but this makes perfect sense. I've never heard anyone talk about this or perhaps they never put it in a way that clicked with me. Thank you.
Me too! And since I live by myself, to slow myself down, I eat my dinner in parts so there's more time for my stomach to process the food. It's helping.
I eat fast too but not because I'm in a hurry. It's a bad habit. I'm 106# but a decade ago, I was 150's. I have always loved food, good food and I love to cook. I honestly think food is comforting me and I ate too much too fast. Difficult to stop but I eat less now because I don't like a full feeling. When I'm full, I stop eating.
Because of major surgery on my digestive system, I was forced to learn these strategies through trial and error and over time. If people listen to you on this, they can save themselves a lot of suffering. Good video and thank you for the quiet behind you, NO background music. ✔️
All good advice, Molly. Thank you. I can add one suggestion: go for a short walk after the evening meal. I was diagnosed with GERD with a hiatus hernia and Helicobacter Pylori gut infection about 2004 (endoscopy, colonoscopy). I was prescribed antibiotics (short term) and proton pump inhibitors (PPI), which is typical medical intervention. I was also told to consider some lifestyle changes as neither long term medication or surgery are desirable options. I switched to a pescatarian diet (in part as meat protein digestion requires protease gut enzymes, which thrive in acidic environments) and stopped taking PPIs. The GERD has largely been controlled for the past 20 years, although it does flair up from time to time (and I must reach for the antacid tablets). The body’s production of acid is desirable to create the right environment for optimum digestion-taking medicine long term to limit acid production or to neutralise acid does not treat the problem.
This is a significant video in my mind. I watched it because my daughter suffers from reflux symptoms. But… I was diagnosed a few years ago with EOE (spasms in throat thought to be brought on by certain food allergies… look it up 🧐). I continue to take some medication for EOE (Prevacid), but my throat spasms/symptoms significantly lessened + changed for the better when I consistently, “started eating smaller bites + chewed my food thoroughly”… and yes mindfully. The change in my symptoms was like night + day, which is why I am commenting here. I continue to have a regular endoscopy procedure, with biopsy taken (one coming up in Nov ‘24), but I wanted to share how this single action of chewing food ‘slowly + thoroughly’ had a significant positive impact. If you think about the human ‘flight or fight’ stress response, you would probably never recommend anyone ‘to eat during this time’ knowing how the body is trying to ‘respond under threat’, yet we constantly live under chronic stressful situations + expect our body to behave as though everything is calm + quiet. It’s just not though - is it? 🤔 Our personal health is so very important. If you become sick, you can’t help yourself + you can’t help anyone else. Everyone is different + we all respond differently to treatments. Consider ‘chewing your foods slowly + thoroughly’, small bites helped me s l o w the whole process down, during mealtime to see if it can help you. I wish everyone here all the best. Here’s to slow mindful chewing… 😌✨♥️✨👍🏽✨🇨🇦
I'm glad you're making others aware of this. I stumbled across this strategy on accident, but it took me years to realize. Excessive chewing can actually help you even when you are actively experiencing reflux, you just need to give your stomach a few minutes to settle. When that happens, I chew like crazy and swallow very small amounts. This allows me to make it through a meal when reflux hits.
When I was still eating carbs, I would eat oatmeal for dinner to keep the acid down. Now I eat minimal carbs and went sugar free, which fixed a lot more than acid reflux.
Yes I have serious reflux issues ulcerated colitis doesn’t help, but I go for a 10/ 15 minute walk every morning before I eat or drink anything, And absolutely no eating after 8pm go for a 30 /45 minute this of course is what I Do , This wound be possible for everyone, but you can always pick through the bones! 😊😊👍
Struggles with this most of my life. Several months ago I went carnivore for a different reason. One of the changes I have experienced on carnivore is that my reflux is gone.
I have noticed that as well plus STRESS when I have too much on my plate ( life work biz etc) if I don’t stop and bite size it down just like my food my LPR cones upon me so fast and can cripple me! Thanks for sharing things other people don’t recognize for them selfs! ❤
I had horrific acid reflux and my doctor had me tested for h pylori. I was positive. I’ve been told probably 50% of the population carry but remain asymptotic. I also have a minor hiatus hernia. 2 weeks on 2 antibiotics and I believe a proton inhibitor. Had a endoscopy done to make sure nothing more sinister. All clear but I avoid caffeine, no more chocolate, restriction on tomato sauce and fried foods. Alcohol could be an issue but I don’t drink much. A simple blood test can determine if you have h pylori.
Drinking alkaline water when my reflux flares up has helped me more than anything. Also avoiding things that trigger reflux. Altering my diet made a huge improvement as well. No more meds now. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Thank you for this. My journey with this Reflux situation has been so alarming and horrible. But your videos and personal story have been a huge help. From the bottom of my heart I thank you for all your videos and help. Many greetings from Vietnam
I feel for you too, have to avoid fish sauce and lime as it’s in many foods from Vietnam, I had to avoid white rice for awhile and vermicelli and pho noodles. Green onions and shallots and seafood and eggs was very hard to avoid too, it was always chicken and veggies for awhile. Hope it gets better!
Wow. I’ve always struggled with slowing down. I’m going to give this a try. Need this for so many reasons…I’ve struggled with my weight and eating slowly is a goal.
My gut issues have gotten significantly worse as my dental health has declined. I've lost a lot of teeth and now I can't chew properly anymore so I know that's part of my digestive problems.
Had reflux and hiatus hernia then GERD then Barrett’s then oesophageal cancer. Three months chemo followed by Ivor Lewis operation = removal of oesaphagus and part of stomach. Was on proton pump inhibitor ie nexium for years but was wrecking my kidneys. Was 77 kg - fit ex military but now 60 kg. Survived post op for 21 years. Eat an apple helps.
Thank you for sharing your story and thank you so much for your service. I’m so sorry to hear you’ve had such a long road as a result of reflux! I hope my page helps you in some way!
Great video! Thanks so much, subscribed! I tend to eat fast too. I also noticed that if I take a short 10-15 min walk maybe within 20 mins of eating a high fat meal, I feel so much better. I can literally feel the food move down the fundus.
I find being well hydrated before I start to eat helps prevent reflux. Also not getting off my regular eating schedule helps prevent reflux. If reflux starts I take a plastic lemon and squirt some lemon juice to the back of your throat, I sometimes put vinegar in a plastic lemon so I don’t have to keep it refrigerated. Cupping your hands over your nose and mouth will help with a reflux cough, breath out through your mouth and breath in your heated breath through your nose. Dairy products also tend to give me reflux.
I started having reflux in the last year. I’m 66 and never had an issue before. I started reading about foods that cause this and one is carbonated drinks. I started drinking Topo Chico in the same time period. I eliminated it and I’m having less occurrence. I do have a naval hernia. I also raised by bed 3 inches headboard side. This also helped. I am guilty I think of poor posture after eating so I will try this along with chewing my food better. I eat for times a day so rarely do I eat because I’m very hungry.
I've found the only thing that works for me is to only eat twice a day and to never overeat. My reflux decreased from everyday to once a week or two. I don't feel so sluggish throughout the day either and it has the added benefit of keeping my weight down.
Great information Molly, but the speed in which you delivered this information gave me brain reflux. I couldn’t digest what you were saying fast enough , so I’ll slow down if you will? 😊Thank you, your video helped me .
Yep...that's me. Speed eater. Doesn't help that I don't have a gag reflex, so I pretty much swallow my food whole!!! Now I have hernia+. Your advice is excellent. Thank you.
Hi Molly, I just came upon this video and you for the first time and I learned more from you and it than a I have from many, many hours of research. I also had doctors not listen to me when I tried to explain my experiences from the start of my suffering. Too much ego and too little time per patient I suppose. I look forward to studying your material and getting to know your methods. Brian. P.S. You're easy on the eyes and have a pleasant voice too.
I used to have acid stomach that was so painful. Antacids didn't cut it. So I ate half a container of candied ginger. A month later it started again, another half container and more of a new container. Haven't had that level of stomach acid since. They say ginger is good for an upset stomach, worked a charm for acid.
I suffered the torments for five years. Tried everything, and the one day watching one of my wifes cooking shows I was shown the reason for my problem. I watch as they made cottage cheese one day. They used two percent milk in an open vat, and poured in fruit acid. This started to curdle the milk protein and at the same time, giving off alot of gas. . Eat fruit and milk, yogurt, smoothies, ice cream etc. milk and fruit dont mix. Eat that combo and you will have heartburn and backed up gas everytime.
I have been telling people to chew your food to the consistency of baby food. I too suffered from reflux for years until I discovered slow eating by chewing it properly. Eating slow also makes you feel full sooner.
I had extremely painful GERD as the result of a hiatal hernia. My best tips (some of which are mentioned): 1. Eat small meals with really plain food until your symptoms are under control, avoiding trigger foods like tomato sauce or anything fried. 2. Always sit straight up to eat your meals (not in a recliner or relaxed on the couch with your feet up). 3. Never eat 4 hours (or more if possible) before bed. 4. Sleep propped up on your back (a recliner is good) or on your left side. 5. Wean yourself off of prescription meds as soon as possible. Take low-risk, like famotidine, OTC meds only as needed. 6. Do NOT ignore the pain or consume lots of OTC meds instead of treating the problem. You can really damage your esophagus and cause long term health problems. 7. Do not let the doctors write you a prescription and dismiss you. Apparently hiatal hernia’s are hard to diagnose. With much research, I self-diagnosed and it was finally confirmed with an endoscopy. I was then able to do additional research and formulate a diet, determine an effective medicine, and start healing.
All true. I have gerd and a hiatal hernia. Eating is very scary. I never sit down when I eat. I always stand and after a couple bites I wait for a good burp. Then I can continue slowly.
I have my own view of this. The stomach produces acid, normal. The food you eat has air in it, normal. If the air that is in your stomach rises like air does, then it brings acid up with the air. That burns. So drink some water, the air rises in water and comes out. And the water dilutes the acid. This works every time., ... and try not to eat airy food before bed....
Most reflux is not having enough stomach acid. If you don’t have enough then the stomach sphincters aren’t receiving the signals to close properly and they leak. Acv and intermittent fasting helps, healing the gut is absolutely necessary. Her suggestion help also with regular digestion.
Absolutely agree with the comment about low stomach acid. Had a stressful career, ate fast etc no problems. Retirement now 68 but have had Atrial Fibrillation occasionally related to Gastric non acid heartburn but due to the stomach having a lack of acid. Agree that posture etc really does make a difference but alkaline foods do not necessary help neutralise the acid. You have to find what works for you personally but appreciate Molly’s information as it may help many.

Dont have your gall bladder removed. If you are diagnosed with gall stones, its better to try and change your diet. I can no longer eat past 8:00pm, otherwise GERD is guaranteed to happen. Also i take betaine hydrocloride, this helps quite a bit.
For many healthy reasons, not just for GERD, stop eating after 5 pm. Also cut out spicy foods, chocolate, foods that can trigger acid reflux because it contains caffeine and theobromine, which can relax the lower esophageal sphincter.
Ginger has a ton of lead in it. I tested some powder ginger that I dissolved in warm water the water was lead free but with my lead detector the added ginger lead was off the charts.
@@english7451 chew pickled ginger, not ground ginger, which is where lead was detected. You can make your own pickled ginger using peeled ginger sliced thinly and placed in lemon juice. Only store it for one week in your refrigerator. Discard after a week.

Once I have a "reflux day" yes, even water does it. 😖 The same advice as for food can help. Take tiny sips, keep the water in your mouth for a bit, give it the chance to mix with some saliva, and get to body temperature.
I notice when I’m eating with other people they are often finished their meal and I’m only halfway through. I don’t cut up my next mouthful until I’m finished the one I’m eating. I very rarely get heartburn or reflux. I grew up in a family where we were discouraged from eating fast and we were not allowed to take food from someone else’s plate! I will be passing this video on to a friend to always has severe reflux. She has pretty poor mealtime hygiene. Everything you have said is what I’ve been encouraging her to do. Maybe she will listen to you. I hope so.
I've had reflux for almost 40 years. I appreciate your suggestions. Currently I have a few challenges. In the medical field we don't always get the luxury of leisurely eating. Secondly I'm in need of some crowns so I'm unable to chew well. Lastly I have a neck injury and its difficult ro sit up straight. So how to work around these things ...
I have GERD. One thing I would add is that I drink a lot of water during my meal. Slower eating with chewing well plus water has helped me so much. I adapted this instinctively months ago because I noticed that these practices ease my issues.
Hadn't really contemplated that digestion begins in the mouth before. I remember that, as a young child learning eating habits, my grandmother would say to chew each mouthful of food to the count of 100. Perhaps extreme especially for some foods, but I do know that during my working years when having only a half hour for lunch, it didn't leave time to chew well as one usually wolfed down their lunch. I do eat more slowly now, but still not chewing each bite thoroughly. My husband has more problems with GERD and over the years, I've noticed how he takes huge bites, barely chews long before swallowing, and his satiation point never is reached - he complains about the latter all the time while now fighting being overweight; claims he never feels full. Giving suggestions doesn't work very often, he can be stubborn!
Do you have any advice for someone who has had a gastric sleeve? I REALLY don’t want to do a revision to a gastric bypass. It happens a hour or so after I eat, and during the night when I turn over and especially in the morning when I wake up. There is more of course but that’s what it is generally.
I have the worst reflux, i have a hiatus hernia and have been on omeprazole since i was in my teens im now in my 40's and it feels like its the worst its ever been. Im now trying low fodmap and weaning myself off my medication as im not sure if its making me worse.😢
Weaning off can cause rebound where the GERD is worse. Also, ask your doctor about having an endoscopy (camera scopes down your throat) to check for Barrett’s Esophagus, which is when the acid damages your esophageal cells and is a precancerous condition. I was like you, a hiatal hernia on omeprazole forever and tried to get off it. My doctor insisted I go back on, to protect me from getting throat cancer which is way worse than anything the omeprazole can do.
I started taking a magnesium & potassium supplement for leg cramps. It also stopped all of my stomach problems. I can drink coffee every day now instead of once a week.
I think my reflux issues developed because of boarding school. You want seconds? Eat fast because there isn't enough for everyone to have seconds. Anyway I did learn to chew thoroughly and the reflux issue stopped...
Thanks - great tips! I’ve discovered those help as well. (Speaking personally, the term ‘hygiene’ sounds quite judgemental. I’m know that’s not your intent, but a more neutral term would be less off putting, and might serve you better.)
@@MollyPelletierRD Hi again. Client / patient information programs often focus on how someone can take ‘protective’ and ‘preventive’ measures, or identify ‘risk factors’ that may exacerbate an issue. In this case, those terms might avoid an implication that clients are somehow dirty or unclean eaters. I’m retired now, but learned the hard way, through anonymous client surveys and program evaluations that many people don’t feel comfortable providing feedback to professionals. However they can still feel judged, or even guilt tripped by the language we use. Speaking as a person with a hiatal hernia and a long battle with acid reflux, I reacted quite strongly to the notion that how I eat is unhygienic. Again, I know that’s certainly your intention and I thank you for the opportunity to provide some feedback.
@@MollyPelletierRDThank you very much for this video. I will be putting your suggestions into practice. However, I do agree that the word “hygiene” in this context can be off-putting and I also dislike its use in the phrase “sleep hygiene”. How about “mindful eating”, because thinking about slowing down at mealtimes, chewing more and paying attention to your posture would all be covered by this phrase. 😊
I have had reflux, and a large hiatal hernia for many years..I’m 74. Been on pantoprazole twice a day for over 14 years. I’ve tried to wean myself from it,but the reflux is horrible. Any suggestions? I’ve tried switching to less effective drugs..Zantac…which hasn’t worked…
Apple cider vinegar (with the mother). Half ACV half water. Drink it like a cocktail. Stop all the meds that reduce acid. It works quickly while having reflux. It took about 6 months but it got continually better and no more problems any more. Look up Dr. Berry “Fix Your Reflux” Definitely worked for me. The acid reducing meds actually caused my problem.

My wife brought home Topo Chico recently and I couldn't help but notice that it seems much more carbonated than other carbonated waters that we drink.
I don’t have an issue with coffee but carbonated drinks 🤮
I had the same problem and I did the same strategies and I am really relieved ( even before I see the video )
Thanks for some helpful tips
I've found the only thing that works for me is to only eat twice a day and to never overeat. My reflux decreased from everyday to once a week or two. I don't feel so sluggish throughout the day either and it has the added benefit of keeping my weight down.
great advice! also, digestive enzymes help immensely.
Awesome!
Great information Molly, but the speed in which you delivered this information gave me brain reflux. I couldn’t digest what you were saying fast enough , so I’ll slow down if you will? 😊Thank you, your video helped me .
I gave up caffeine, problem solved. It took a while to kick in but 3 years later I hardly ever have a problem.
Did you ever just have GERD symptoms for 1 month without any downtime. Like the pain, burning and acid in mouth does not ease up?
Yep...that's me. Speed eater. Doesn't help that I don't have a gag reflex, so I pretty much swallow my food whole!!! Now I have hernia+. Your advice is excellent. Thank you.
This is a very informative video. Thank you. Your presentation is excellent. You explained it in easy to understand language too. ❤
Awesome advice :)
i fully endorse this. Far more consequential than any digestive aids...
It’s hugely important!!!
I used to have acid stomach that was so painful. Antacids didn't cut it. So I ate half a container of candied ginger. A month later it started again, another half container and more of a new container. Haven't had that level of stomach acid since. They say ginger is good for an upset stomach, worked a charm for acid.
Just processed food in this house I'm living in
I suffered the torments for five years.
That’s amazing!!
My mother always used to say 64 chews to a mouthful, who knew?
Thank you, this information has been very helpful.
Glad it was helpful!
I had extremely painful GERD as the result of a hiatal hernia. My best tips (some of which are mentioned):
Excellent, Excellent information
Accurate, detailed information!!!!!!!
My opinion is allot of us eat more than we need to, and eat it too fast
Planet Ayurveda's Heartburn capsules can help out a lot in GERD whether it is chronic or acute.
This was great information. Thanks
Very interesting, informative and helpful, an aspect of reflux not usually touched on. Thanks very much.
You’re so welcome! Thank you so much!
This is excellent information!
That was helpful, I learned a lot. I liked the stomach plushie 😊
So, chew well, eat slowly, and sit up straight. Did I miss anything?
Most reflux is not having enough stomach acid. If you don’t have enough then the stomach sphincters aren’t receiving the signals to close properly and they leak. Acv and intermittent fasting helps, healing the gut is absolutely necessary. Her suggestion help also with regular digestion.
Guess what stimulates stomach acid production naturally? Chewing very well + a calm eating state ;)
Absolutely agree with the comment about low stomach acid.
Should you drink water with a meal? How much?
My stomach doesn't empty properly so I get "silent" reflux. This can also be a cause.
Good Information !Thank you
APPLE CIDER VINEGAR , CANT BEAT IT, CAPSULES ARE GREAT,
How many a day?
@ronica2623 NOW I TAKE ONE A DAY, I TOOK THEM RO GET OFF OMAPROZOLE A PUMP INHIBITOR. TO COUNTER ACT THE ASPIRIN CAUSING BLEEDING, BUT IT PUTS A COAT OVER THE INSUDE OF YOUR STOMACH NOT LETTING THE RIGHT AMOUNT IF NUTRIENTS TO ALL YOUR PARTS, AND AS BEING YOUR FEET ARE LAST IN LINE THEY SUFFERED THE MIST WITH BURNING FEET, NUMB FEET FATIGUED CALF MUSCLES, TIREDNESS AT WORK, I STOPPED YAKING ALL MY MEDICATION FOR ANGINA 8 YEARS AGO AFTER 10 YEARS OF BEING ON THEM, I SWEAR BY ACV CAPSULES , OH AND KEEP THEM IN THE FRIDGE STOPS THEM GOIN OFF, AND ONLY BUY THEM IN DARK BOTTLES,CHEERS 🥂
@ronica2623 1 - 400 MILLIGRAMS A DAY, TAKE 2 IF ITS REALLY BAD, ALSO IT CAN LOWER YOUR INSULIN
A magnesium/potassium supplement has solved my stomach issues. I take one every other day.
Just drinking plain water, or bacon
/ham/ hot dog flavours start mine off often.
Mealtime hygiene is also a free way to help your body! But, it is a game changer when you can remember the tool!
I chew pickled ginger. The secret is to chew, chew, chew. The saliva breaks down the ginger and calms the stomach. It's cheap and it's food.
@@julieq3910 well it is still ginger root. Many spices have lead levels which I did not know including turmeric.
I get reflux after drinking water crazy ha
I don’t think it’s crazy as I get reflux after drinking water. But I do wonder why? Any answers out there?
Have the same, I think it’s because it makes your stomach more alkaline and your stomach ph should be slightly acidic to be in balance
@@elisabethl4715 do you have any therapeutic remedies you may suggest I'm doing the slippery elm now it does work still on my pantoprazole still need more relief tho what you think
Once I have a "reflux day" yes, even water does it. 😖
The same advice as for food can help. Take tiny sips, keep the water in your mouth for a bit, give it the chance to mix with some saliva, and get to body temperature.
Can totally happen, I’ll make a vid about this
I notice when I’m eating with other people they are often finished their meal and I’m only halfway through.
I hope so.
Great advice , thank you
You’re so welcome!
thank you for very useful video do you know exercises to strengthen the lower esophageal sphincter?
Thanks for the reminder
Did you experience rapid weight loss when you were dealing with GERD?
Very common symptom, finding gerd friendly meals etc can be helpful but yes this can definitely happen
Green trident gum is the answer.
Do you fast or allow yourself to get super hungry or does this produce extra reflux?
High Alkaline water offsets mine quicker than anything. High fructose corn syrup sets it off pretty badly as does cheap oily cheese.
Thanks, this makes sense
I have GERD. One thing I would add is that I drink a lot of water during my meal. Slower eating with chewing well plus water has helped me so much. I adapted this instinctively months ago because I noticed that these practices ease my issues.
Yes!!! Too much water can be a reflux trigger! Good call
Thank you, it was interesting
Apple cider vintages with mother in capsular form, I have taken it for over 3 years
Hadn't really contemplated that digestion begins in the mouth before.
Sugar and fats cause reflux for me as well as acid foods. I am a slow eater.
Might also want to get checked for a hietal hernia and get a Nisan wrap.
Sleep on your left side
Have you got anything for "vocal fry?"
Try fermented foods such as sauerkraut, kimchi and Kefir.
Taking meds?, that create acid on dissolving.
Half teaspoon honey alleviates immediately.
Greek yoghurt similar though not as effective.
If I am tired, I know I am in the danger zone. Thanks
Another tip is try to limit what you drink during meals,it dilutes stomach acid
Yesss Bobbie this is key 🔑
IT IS THE FOOD. Listen to people who've figured it out for themselves and read Dr. Koufman.
I want cure
I think my reflux issues developed because of boarding school. You want seconds? Eat fast because there isn't enough for everyone to have seconds. Anyway I did learn to chew thoroughly and the reflux issue stopped...
Thanks - great tips! I’ve discovered those help as well. (Speaking personally, the term ‘hygiene’ sounds quite judgemental. I’m know that’s not your intent, but a more neutral term would be less off putting, and might serve you better.)
Interesting! I have not received this feedback before. What would be your preferred language
What if you’ve been diagnosed with Barrett’s esophagus?
Thank you !
It got that way i couldn't keep water down.
Have u try apple cider vinegar that help also watch Dr. Berg
The acid reducing meds actually caused my problem.
if or when you get off a ppi.. you get acid rebound.. google how to WEAN off of a ppi.. its quite intense. i am on one 40 before eve meal again and now at 70 i figure.. what the hell.. dont want barrets. also i do have siding hiatel.. its so tricky.. as a singer this has SO messed w me and prob contributed to getting asthma
Why don’t these TH-cam “experts” ever answer our questions?
