Towards the end of the video, when Sarah said that some of those SOPs should be delegated out and assigned to team members, it left me curious: How do you determine whether you should hire a resource writer to have that be their sole job, vs. when do you delegate that out to a team that feels like they don't have time to update those?

In our philosophy, SOPs are working documents that get updated when work happens so, by design, it needs to be done by a team member. ☺️
