    Chris Voss book is great it helped me get a 10-15k offer. A thing I wished it had also mentioned was how important it was to have multiple offers. I mean the book is about negotiation generally but if you can improve your hand(the amount of offers you have) you can ask more.

    How we can tackle the question when they ask our current salary, and we don't want to reveal it?

      One of the two: "I'd like to keep that private" or "It's in the same ballpark as my salary expectations for the new role with a reasonable increase based on my skills/relevance/former experience/etc"
