This week I told them I am opting out as the salary was fixed for roughly a year. Thank you for this video and for encouraging us women to negotiate! :)
Hi Chloe! Oh wow - that’s huge! Happy for you to stand your ground. Chloe! I loved this video and tips. I also felt the same way too once I found out how much they were making. I also feel the same being a POC in the tech field. Keep making great videos!
These are some solid tactical tips! I've often heard or read about negotiating from a strategic angle, like what identifying what you're trying to achieve. But this is the first time I've heard the actual tactics of negotiating, which is very eye-opening. One thing I do wonder for myself, though, if these negotiation tactics also work at a traditional non-tech company. They may not be as familiar with these hardball tactics that tech candidates are used to at FAANG companies and just think that you're being rude. (But that might also be my internalizing of the stigma that Asians should just put our heads down and not make waves.)
I actually got most of the tactics from Never Split the Difference (Chris Voss)! His real-world examples were used to negotiate your rent, your salary (in law, consulting, or finance), and hostage situations (which I hope none of us have to experience). Unfortunately, I don't know anything about traditional companies, but nationwide numbers do say that 70% of managers do expect a negotiation conversation when talking about salary. More often than not, negotiating is expected, but we just didn't know. :/ Re: stigma that Asians should put our heads down - UGH I know. I felt horrible in my first few attempts to negotiate years ago. I felt so out of character and misaligned, but I had to have a bunch of people knock it in me that only I can own my compensation. It's truly a tough paradigm shift!
ahhhh CHLOEEEE this was so good omg!!! So happy I get to stay up to date with you through youtube :) congrats on your new job, your first ever sponsorship, and happy belated birthday!

Great advice! Just moved into a Product Manager role at my current company, and I was able to use some of these tactics to get more than the original offer.
I found this helpful. I have a meeting with a company that I have been interviewing with and looks like an offer is coming. I have always wanted to negotiate but never had the confidence to and some of that has to stem because Im a person of color and never really had somebody that look like me to tell me "Ask!". I feel at my age and career level I need to be having these conversations.
I love the vibe that you bring in your videos, they make me happy HAHA 😄 ANYWAYS, I found your TH-cam channel when researching about working at tiktok as my offer interview with their HR is in a few days! Thanks for the tips! This would be my first official full time job and I hope that I get the offer / salary that I want 🤪
Thanks for your great videos Chloe! I am a Product Manager in Germany and it is super interesting to know about your experience in the US! It would also be great if you could share with us your experience with the following topics: - How to build a Product Manager CV that reflects your achievents? Maybe you could share your CV with us? - How to tackle Product Manager position home tasks/challenges that companies share during the recruiting proces? Maybe some good resources and approaches you could share?
Hi! I love watching your videos, especially as an Asian woman in tech! PM is such a small circle and network, so this has been really helpful. Could we get a video for how to negotiate salary when you’ve already started your role? Or what points to talk about with ur manager regarding promotion?
Yes of course! That's the next career video on the list. I've been polling on the Community tab to help with video ideas. I can't link to the specific posts, but if you scroll down on this link, you'll be able to see the breakdown: th-cam.com/users/ColorsofChloecommunity Do you have your career conversation coming up soon?
Hey Chloe, this video is insanely amazing, thank you for sharing! I love what you said: Neogotiating is knowing your worth and articulating it. Keep these videos coming, we love your content!
The job description said Two ranges, and recruiter gave me a range right off the bat that included the higher end of that…and I said “the higher end of that is within my range”… they also said they’d like to keep it competitive and like to keep it at the top of that range … should I still try and negotiate if they try to “keep it competitive” along the higher Range that we spoke of ? Bc they said they wanted to make sure in the first call we talk about it so we don’t waste time
so helpful. these days i received some phone screening calls and I am always stuck at the questions what my expected comp is. tomorrow I will have another interview with HR, hope I can be more confident of myself more as you encourage.
Word of advice: don’t give the first number. If they push, you can offer an observation about the range you’ve researched, but don’t give a number that says “if you pay me this, I’ll be satisfied and won’t negotiate”. Aim for top quartile or half of the band for the role and level you are targeting, and don’t settle. You got this.
Chole I wish I could frame your video. This is insanely helpful.. definitely need to watch more more to take some notes.. but you are soo good at explaining and gave out all your trips and tricks.. thanks 😊
Hey Chloe! Thanks so much for your video, it was really insightful! I'm a fresh grad who just got a PM full-time offer (have done 1/2 PM internships prior). I did not negotiate because I felt that at my experience level it may not have been appropriate. Yet, I know the starting salary does lay the ground for the future. Curious to hear your thoughts on this!
Hi Chloe!! Aww, I'm glad this has been really helpful for you. Also - congrats on getting the PM full-time offer!! So pumpppeeddd! It's all right if you didn't get a chance to negotiate. I think the next step is having a career conversation wtih your manager to talk about salary adjustment, equity refreshers, bonuses, and promotions. I'm gonna work on a video around this topic - it's been highly requested!! Stay tuned! :)
@12:13 what if the compagnie ask what are you doing during those 2 month before working for them ? Why don’t you want to work immediately ? I had a compagnie ask me why I didn’t want to sign the offer right away and they didn’t understand why I wanted to wait to have other compagnies salary range for me😬
This was great!!!!! Scary process but you unveiled the negotiation curtain. I am a person of color in biotech and had to go through this process a few months ago.
How do you get mentors? I find it so difficult to ask for help, and try and do things alone so as not to “bother anyone” but I realize that it isn’t serving me in life at all. This video is so helpful to me. I started my first tech role last year and was grossly underpaid, denied a signing bonus, brought in 4 levels below where people of similar experience and education were. I had no one in my life that worked in tech to ask what to expect. This video will help a lot of people transitioning into tech to advocate for themselves.
Femke shared this on twitter on such a riiiight timing so thankyou!! This is very insightful and I love the way you structure and storytell this while keeping things to the point and rich. I’ve been watching Chriss Voss’ masterclass and yesss this really resonates with what I’ve learned. A new subscriber here!! Take care, and I Hope you’re doing well :))
Hi Felicia! And woo yay femke!! I’m glad the structure works out for you. I definitely loved Chris Voss’s book but wanted to have my own twist to make it work for people like me. Glad you enjoy the videos!! Grateful for your sub!
Thank you so much! I'm currently waiting on an offer from a big tech company and your videos have been insanely helpful. I'm super inexperienced with the whole corporate culture thing and hated the idea of negotiating until I found out another intern at the same company had raised his salary by 1/3! Hope to use these tips if I get low-balled :'[
Wow 1/3 is a substantial amount! I’m rooting for you on your next offer!!! Negotiating is so uncomfortable but it’ll keep happening again in the future, so it’s best to exercise the muscle now!
Hi Chloe, amazing video! Can you make more videos about your career progression, like college onwards? Including any internships you did, the first job hunt, etc. Have you ever had to make the decision between worse role and big company vs. amazing role and smaller company? Currently facing that problem so would love to hear your opinions
Hiya Tejal! Hm, I can definitely do a whole video describing my entire career including college experiences. For now, I did briefly share my career path in the latter half of this video: th-cam.com/video/8o4jFPV2ras/w-d-xo.html Hope this helps for now!!
Hi Eliza!! Omg thank you!! I realize there aren’t many negotiation videos out there for tech in this way. The advice I’ve seen is pretty generic, which is fair given how nuanced these things are. It took me dozens of hours of revisions to get this down into a youtube-friendly video and I took out a lot of edge cases and details 😔 I’m glad that it hits the nail overall!!!
@@chloeshih thank you for your time and effort, there are especially no resources that really capture what will be going through a woman’s mind, and this definitely hits the nail! I
Hi Chloe. Can you do a video dedicated to whether the candidate should disclose their current salary to the hiring recruiter if they ask this? I've read many posts where it's usually not recommended because the hiring recruiter will base line you based on what you are getting paid. It's also recommended that you should avoid disclosing it especially if your already getting under paid below the current market rate. However, on the flipside, what if you are getting paid what your worth according to the market rate and you are reasonably satisfied with your current pay? Shouldn't you in this case disclose your salary because then the recruiter will try to pay more than what your currently getting paid? I'm concerned that if you avoid disclosing it, then it may influence the recruiter into perceiving that you are getting underpaid below the market rate for your industry and will therefore artificially base line you from that response. I can understand why you shouldn't disclose it if you are underpaid, but what if you aren't? Should you just avoid answering this question at all costs? PLEASE SHED SOME LIGHT ON THIS TOPIC!
This is my first comment on TH-cam. I want to say thank you for all the suggestions for salary negotiation. I am also an Asian worked in the US and now living and getting to offer negotiation stage in Germany. Salary negotiation is so difficult here but I am taking notes from you. Hopefully this can work in the upcoming weeks. THANK YOU AGAIN. YOU ARE AWESOME & HELPFUL!
Hi Anny! Aw, I'm honored to have been the first channel you've commented on. I'm really glad this video has been helpful to you! Negotiation is honestly absurdly difficult to tackle and took me years of practice to figure it out. Wishing you the best of luck in your own negotiations!!!
Ah this is complicated, but: 1. I normally find them organically (through work or friends of friends) 2. I chat with them with I have a very clear objective and I need their tactical advice on it 3. Once I go through the challenge, I execute on their advice immediately and let them know how it was for me and what the result was. Mentors really want to know if the time they invested in me has meant anything. 4. I try to keep strong values for the long-term game in my life and show gratitude to them even when they weren't there to directly coach me through a process. I think I keep my mentors and the advice they give me in a place where it has compounding effects that I can apply in other areas of my life. 5. I also randomly send them messages of things that remind me of them - like a podcast, a video, or meme, etc. These are just light-weight ways to engage with them without always asking for help.
I think HR will only ask for payslips if it's a background check and it usually doesn't go straight to HR. It's usually a 3rd party background checking company to verify you actually worked at a previous company that you claimed to work at. if they're asking for a payslip directly just to see how much you make, you can say that's inappropriate and irrelevant to your current compensation conversation.
Just to add to Chloe's response, I always block out the actual numbers when sending a payslip to the 3rd party background check company. :) They don't need to see the numbers, they just want to verify you worked where you said you worked for the time period. I've never had an issue with this and most reputable background check companies tell you to block it out.
living in the US, it feels like everybody is setting up everybody else, including siblings and relatives. We are born humans, but I feel like I am surrounded by strategic and tactical animals or robots
Hi Jenniiifferrr! Omg yes finally someone who is interested in the fun vids hahah 😂 will hope to add some fun vlogs as we're approaching the holiday season!
great video!! so well explained and clearly structured. If I might offer one note of criticism, the outline font in the upper left is a bit hard to read. I actually didn't notice it until over half way through the video :p
So the way I’ve seen it is: If you’re an experienced negotiator and you know exactly what the brackets are, then you can drop your anchor first to save time. Otherwise, the initial phases are really all about information gathering. You really gotta punt until you feel confident where the range is and where you’re landing. Hope that’s helpful!
Hi Chloe, I recently started as a product manager at a small/mid size software company (my first job). The decision was not easy, since the salary is rather low, but I know the people are nice, I will have a lot of responsibility and the company is growing fast. The other option would have been to go to a large company with a significantly higher salary. Do you think that was a good decision, from a career and salary perspective?
Amazing and practical video! During the initial phone interview, I said a range of salary that, I now realize, is too low to completely relocate to SF without any assistant. I have the hiring manager&recruiter interview coming up soon-how can I ask for more when I already said the range ?
hiya rachel! i think you can still anchor higher even if you mentioned a lower salary range in the initial phone interview. you don't need to address what you said before. the recruiter will likely ask you again what you expect and you can still punt it, but say that you're looking for something very competitive. if the recruiter does bring up your previous numbers, you can say something like "yes, we talked about it briefly in the initial conversation, but i didn't have too much context at the time. thinking through relocation and what makes sense for me from a compensation standpoint, i'm looking for XYZ" You can say a range or just say you're looking for something competitive at the senior level (something vague that is somewhat high level) can help them have some sort of expectation. then ask them what the compensation structure is and whether they provide relocation bonus. hope that helps! good luck!
Do you mean people who don't know me or people who already are my mentors? For people who are my mentors, I usually just text them to ask for a quick call on a very specific topic like negotiating an offer!
This video was so inspiring! I just began my career a few months ago and accepted a pretty low salary because I didn't know any better. At the time, I thought it was good enough. Can the same negotiation tactics be used if you have little experience? I feel like it would be hard for me to justify a higher pay with less experience.
hi dalyssa! congrats on the new career move! and yes of course - even if you're new to the industry, you should definitely negotiate. as long as you did well in your interviews and know that your'e at the top of the candidate pool for the role, the company is incentivized to hire you. it's way more common for software engineers to negotiate vs non-tech verticals, but that shouldn't stop the rest of us from negotiating.
Hey Chloe! Great video. I'm a big fan! I actually have a friend who knows you IRL from CKI in Socal. I was wondering if you had any tips on when you already gave them a number in the first interview? Also I think I would prefer negotiating over email, but I am afraid they'll take the offer away if I give such a high anchor number.
Very informative! I have a question about negotiation. Should I try to negotiate when entering a tech rotational training program? the company is with GSK
Ah I think those are tough to negotiate because they're extremely structured where everyone in the cohort has the exact same comp. I haven't seen people negotiate this effectively, but it's when they do finish their rotational program and they're properly staffed onto a team with a consistent manager that they're able to be in a better negotiating position. This one's tough though - I haven't been in a rotational program, so I can't say. I'd advise looking on levels or blind to see if there is variance in the offers or ask alumni as well!
Hi Chloe, what if they asked to provide 'a number' or expected salary as a compulsory info needed when u are applying for a job at a specific company ? Besides, Chris Voss book is amazing, read it a few years ago, definitely a great read and it brings me back some memories after watching this video :)
A quick question , does the employer always ask to share the other offer’s screenshot or pdf copy ? In case they don’t ask , anyone can always bluff, to have a competitive offer !!
Dear Chloe, thank you for an excellent video! Could you please create one on how to succeed in the new Product manager role? I'm joining a new company in a couple of weeks:)
Heya! Yes - that is on the list of content videos. It may take me a bit of time to get to it, but it's certainly on there. Feel free to join the discord (in the description) if you have career questions that need to be addressed earlier!!
Great and informative video! I do think that it works slightly different for us outside of the US but it will definitely be helpful to rewatch this next time I'm looking for a new job!
I imagine it would be pretty different outside of the US! I've got no experience there :/ I hope you're to pick the pieces that works for you! Best of luck!
Hi Chloe! Thanks for the video. And the role-play is super helpful because I find it hard articulating my words and expectations (blame my intense anxiety 😂). I'd like if you could give a detailed advice on how to use a batna. I have a meeting tomorrow with the HR of a company, and they'll ask about my compensation expectation. I also have a competing offer from another company but I'd really like to work for the first one. How do I tell them I have a competing offer? And do I tell the HR lead the exact amount the other company is offering? Thanks :)

Chloe! I loved this video and tips. I also felt the same way too once I found out how much they were making. I also feel the same being a POC in the tech field. Keep making great videos!
OMG Ruben!! Haiiiiii!! And agh I know!! This is way more common than I hoped :< I'm glad you left and are in a better place!!
Great advice Chloe! My #1 is be prepared to walk away if the numbers don't make sense. Stick to your anchor!
Re: stigma that Asians should put our heads down - UGH I know. I felt horrible in my first few attempts to negotiate years ago. I felt so out of character and misaligned, but I had to have a bunch of people knock it in me that only I can own my compensation. It's truly a tough paradigm shift!
Omg how do you make this audio sound so good? You go girl!
i have my setup here!! beacons.ai/colorsofchloe
Girl!!! We need this in all industries!! We as women undersell ourselves all the time
Matilda!! Man it is way too common of a problem!! We gotta value ourselves and get paid right!
ahhhh CHLOEEEE this was so good omg!!! So happy I get to stay up to date with you through youtube :) congrats on your new job, your first ever sponsorship, and happy belated birthday!
ommmg shooo!!!! hellooo!! thank you so much for watching and commenting haha. and YES first sponsorship ahhh! it seems super normal in the youtube landscape, but i'm personally screaming inside. thank you for the birthday wishes too! wishing you all the best in sf
Definitely going to utilize these tactics in the future! Thanks!
Hi Demetri!! So glad the tactics are useful to you!!!
I'm ready for the fun/casual vibessssss!! lol Thank you for all the great tips, Chloe :) I really appreciate how much you broke down each component of negotiating and gave different examples of how to approach them in a not-super-aggressive way. Also congrats on the first sponsor!
omg you're the first person ready for the fun casual vibes😂😂 and I'm glad you appreciate the negotiations breakdown!! I swear it's so awkward for me to say aggressive things and I actually come off as not super confident. I had to find the right language that fits me, which took a lotta time.
ALSO 1ST SPONSOR WOO!!! Thank you for your support girl
God damn this intro SLAPS the ice cubes sync up to the music 😮
Yaaasss finally someone noticed!!
Omg, I'm gonna have this video on repeat until all of the tips become second nature to me! TYSM, Chloe!💖
ROOTIN' FOR YA!! :D
the example numbers were so helpful, and the specific language too - love love love this video. saving for reference in the future. so scared to be in this position!!
really helpful! especially the handling of low ball offer and nudging for your hiring value recognition
Great advice! Just moved into a Product Manager role at my current company, and I was able to use some of these tactics to get more than the original offer.
woohoo!! I’m happy for you!! Congrats on the higher offer. Definitely feels good 😊
Hi Chloe! Could you consider doing a video on dealing with rejection when applying for jobs? I would love to hear your thoughts :-)
Omg yes this topic is a deep one. Rejection happens way more often than not. Will be adding to my content list!
@@chloeshih looking forward to it!
@A Wow did you read my mind? I am hot off a rejection from Google and have been feeling down as a result. I will bear your words in mind :-)
You just reminded me of some stuff that i need to brush up on and what i know that i have not used. Thanks. I like your videos.
this is so thorough!! Love it
Great tips Chloe!
Chris Voss’s book is amazing learned so much and helped me with my recent negotiations.
Congrats on your new ventures
It’s one of my favorite reads for real world tactics. Thank you for the words of support too!! 🥰🥰
Thanks for your great videos Chloe! I am a Product Manager in Germany and it is super interesting to know about your experience in the US!
It would also be great if you could share with us your experience with the following topics:
- How to build a Product Manager CV that reflects your achievents? Maybe you could share your CV with us?
- How to tackle Product Manager position home tasks/challenges that companies share during the recruiting proces? Maybe some good resources and approaches you could share?
LOVE this. coming from someone in Film/TV, so much gatekeeping and dishonesty. Thanks for reminding me of my worth.
oh boy i can imagine the gatekeeping and lack of transparency in the film/tv industry D: keep it going, katrina!! rootin for ya
I can't link to the specific posts, but if you scroll down on this link, you'll be able to see the breakdown:

Do you have your career conversation coming up soon?
just watched again and still find it useful and applicable, great thanks Chloe!
glad it has rewatch value!! :D
Hey Chloe, this video is insanely amazing, thank you for sharing! I love what you said: Neogotiating is knowing your worth and articulating it. Keep these videos coming, we love your content!
Chloe, you speak so eloquently!! Do you have any tips for speaking more eloquently and confidently?
The job description said Two ranges, and recruiter gave me a range right off the bat that included the higher end of that…and I said “the higher end of that is within my range”… they also said they’d like to keep it competitive and like to keep it at the top of that range … should I still try and negotiate if they try to “keep it competitive” along the higher Range that we spoke of ? Bc they said they wanted to make sure in the first call we talk about it so we don’t waste time
so helpful. these days i received some phone screening calls and I am always stuck at the questions what my expected comp is. tomorrow I will have another interview with HR, hope I can be more confident of myself more as you encourage.
and congrats to your first official sponsorship! wish many others will come to you later on...
You got this.
hiya! ah yeah, try not to give the first number unless you know exactly what the brackets are. best of luck!!
Love your video, Chloe. I'm starting a new position next month. Super excited about it. Need some of your positive vibe.
Ayyyyeee! congrats osn the new role!! wishing you all the best in this next chapter of life ~~ :D
I am a person of color in biotech and had to go through this process a few months ago.
it is quite a scary process, but they're good skills to build in career. hope you were able to get a great offer when you went through the process!!
Ah Chloe, thank you so much! Needed to hear this as I need to look for a new job after a career break… 🙏🏽 xx
Chloe this is pure GOLD!! Thank you so much for sharing this
Hiiii!! So glad it's helpful to ya!! Got many other similar vids too. Cheers!
For now, I did briefly share my career path in the latter half of this video: th-cam.com/video/8o4jFPV2ras/w-d-xo.html
Hope this helps for now!!
Anchor: When then number starts feeling crazy. This brought me joy.😂
Fantastic video as always Chloe! I feel empowered watching this!! 💪💪
Yasssss!! Go amelia!!! :D
I love your channel so much!! So refreshing.
This is an incredibly useful video, one of the best resources on salary negotiation I’ve seen! Thank you so much! 🙏
I appreciate your videos so much Chloe! Thank you for providing such helpful tips & high quality contents
I appreciate you being here too, vz!! Glad the tips and outline have been helpful!!
This vid is so impressive and it will help me as I get deeper in tech career path. Thank youuu!🤗
so glad you enjoyed!! :D
Thank you so much for this, if i am lucky enough to get an offer i will use these tips. Please do another video like this, its very helpful!
This is GOLD! Thank you so much for these awesome tips! Appricate there's going to be some overlap but I'd love to see how to negotiate in Tech! ☺️
Woo!! I'm glad this has been helpful to you, ChigSav!! Rootin for you!
Great insights, thank you!
Thanks Chloe. This is super good. Also cute JJK phone wallpaper.
I LOOOVEEEE JJK
Chloe! Your videos are awesome. Can you share how you build relationships with your mentors?
Ah this is complicated, but:
1. I normally find them organically (through work or friends of friends)
2. I chat with them with I have a very clear objective and I need their tactical advice on it
Hi Chloe, thank you for your amazing tips! what if HR asks for your payslip? Is there ways to go around that? Thanks!
Chloe! This is genius, you are a saving grace T_T going to use it next time!
living in the US, it feels like everybody is setting up everybody else, including siblings and relatives. We are born humans, but I feel like I am surrounded by strategic and tactical animals or robots
Thank you Chloe. Your videos are really useful.
Fan of your videos:) keep up the hardwork!!
thank you so much, joon! appreciate it!!
Really love your videos, Chloe! Can't wait for more content (especially the "fun" ones!) Keep up the amazing work!
I actually didn't notice it until over half way through the video :p
those tips help a lot!! Thank you so much Chloe:) looking forward for your more videos
glad you enjoyed the video, ginn!! lmk what other types of videos you're interested in seeing!
happy birthday chlo!! 🤙🏻
aww thank you, val!
Congratulations on your first official sponsor! It’s so amazing 🤩
Hey girl!! Ahhh yes it’s a huge milestone for me!!! Thank you for your support!!!
I'm going through campus recruitment here in China. think this info is definitely gonna help! Thanks Chloe!
Wooo! Best of luck, Val!!! Rooting for you!
Amazing tips Chloe! Such useful content, thank you for these!
Omg Evvvaaaaa!! :D
Great tips Chloe! What if they don’t reveal first the number? We drop the anchor?
So the way I’ve seen it is:
If you’re an experienced negotiator and you know exactly what the brackets are, then you can drop your anchor first to save time.
Otherwise, the initial phases are really all about information gathering. You really gotta punt until you feel confident where the range is and where you’re landing.
Hope that’s helpful!
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU
Hi Chloe, I recently started as a product manager at a small/mid size software company (my first job).
You can negotiate for a relocation stipend.
hiya rachel! i think you can still anchor higher even if you mentioned a lower salary range in the initial phone interview. you don't need to address what you said before. the recruiter will likely ask you again what you expect and you can still punt it, but say that you're looking for something very competitive. if the recruiter does bring up your previous numbers, you can say something like "yes, we talked about it briefly in the initial conversation, but i didn't have too much context at the time. thinking through relocation and what makes sense for me from a compensation standpoint, i'm looking for XYZ"
You can say a range or just say you're looking for something competitive at the senior level (something vague that is somewhat high level) can help them have some sort of expectation. then ask them what the compensation structure is and whether they provide relocation bonus. hope that helps! good luck!
Incredibly helpful!!! Thank you so much for making this video :)
How do you talk with mentors? Inviting them into coffee talk? Hitting emails?
@@chloeshih thanks Chloe! Your videos are super inspiring for me, as I’m also a woman of color (Chinese American) 🙃
@@dalyssa2729 aww I'm so glad!!
Amazing video. Thank you so much Chloe
Happy bday! Congrats on the sponsor!
Thank you!!! And yay first sponsor!!
@@chloeshih Great, thanks a lot!
A very helpful video Chloe!!! Thank you for sharing and inspiring others
Aww thank you, cherryblossom!! Glad you found it helpful ~ Thank you for stopping by my channel!
This is really insightful! absolutely subscribed :)
Thanks :)
