I had the Delkevic full system on my 2021 Ninja 650 and while I liked it at first ($450.00) and I liked the crackles & pops on decel, the carbon gasket that connects the headers to the muffler disintegrated after a year. It was only $10 to purchase a new one (plus installation) but the fact that they had 600 of these carbon gaskets available tells me this is a known problem from Delkevic. I also installed a power commander V and a K&N high flow air filter and had it dyno tuned at the same time I had the Delkevic exhaust installed and while it was quicker from zero to 100 mph than stock, it maintained the same top speed of 130 mph because I didn't get the ecu flashed. If you only change the exhaust you don't need a tune. It may run a bit lean and therefore hotter, but only you will know this. If you add a high flow air filter or more like I did then you definitely need to get it tuned for proper air/fuel ratio. That being said, the throttle was choppy even after the tune. I had that exhaust for 2 years then it developed a big hole in the muffler, so I scrapped the Delkevic and went with the Yoshimura full system ($880.00) and an O2 sensor delete and I couldn't be happier. Without adjusting the tune, it sounds better, runs better, and the throttle response is very smooth, it feels like this is how this bike was designed to run. I hope this helps.
